Nice mini hotel, it got all the necessary, clean and only 5 minute by foot to the awesome beach, easy access by public transport, tram and marshutka to the city center stop just accross the street, but keep in mind that the hotel is new and still on building process, so you will have your "wake up alarm" every 9am. Overall it is comfortable.

Had the opportunity to stay 2 nights in this "hotel". This is a small guest house, not a hotel. The only positive is cleanliness. Breakfast - no, consider that it is not. The rooms are cramped. As an overnight stay for a maximum of 1 night, it will go purely to spend the night. But for such a price, there are places in Odessa that are much better and closer to the center. Advice: renting small hotels in Odessa - do not be fooled by their breakfasts!
