Monreal Guest House

It all started like this, we decided to go to Odessa because we had never been there, planned everything in advance, picked up options, stumbled upon the Montreal guest house, pleasantly surprised by the price for such rooms, and booked it. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hostess, a very pleasant and sincere person. The yard is very beautiful, everything is cleaned, greenery, flowers, trees are washed everywhere, well, beauty is simple. They settled us immediately (9:00 am), although the check-in should be at 14:00, which is a pleasant surprise. She showed everything, told where what lies, where to go, what to take, in general, everything as it should be. We lived on the 3rd floor, a very cozy room in which there is a double bed, bedside tables on the left and right, TV, small refrigerator, large wardrobe, table, kettle, bathroom with shower and toilet, towels and bedding are provided. At the bottom there is a small courtyard with a shared kitchen and dining tables. In general, everything is very comfortable, and most importantly it is quiet there, you relax with your soul. Nearby, across the road, is a 24-hour Kopeyka supermarket, where you can buy everything you need, like in Varus or ATB. Also to the left of the supermarket is an inconspicuous cafe in which there is a large selection of dishes for every taste, with very tasty and huge portions for a rather symbolic price. We were in a car so we had the opportunity to visit different beaches. In general, the rest went with a bang. Everyone was satisfied.

Great place and friendly hostess! The area is green, well-groomed and cozy, which is very important when you are outside your home. The hotel has a kitchen with everything you need, so you do not need to bring dishes. There is also a barbecue and even an iron!
Everything in the room is clean and tasteful. At check-in you get two towels per person. The bathroom has soap and shampoo (as in hotels abroad). The room also has a kettle with cups, a refrigerator and a TV.
Location. Regarding the beach - very close (you can take a tram, and you can walk 10 minutes)
There is a grocery and coffee shop next to the hotel.
There is a direct minibus to the center of Odessa!

Very beautiful and well-groomed area, excellent cost of living, the room is clean and pleasant, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, loyalty to the guests, convenient location. Still, wi-fi is more powerful and the lock in the door is stronger;) In general, we were very satisfied, the reality exceeded expectations))

The hosts are friendly, ready for every whim of the guests. The patio is simply a masterpiece! The decoration of the rooms is no-frills. All furniture and plumbing are in good condition, decent bedding, good quality mattress and pillows. We really missed a chair - the child was drawing on the bed while sitting on the floor. Speaking of floors: as soon as we checked in, walking barefoot on the floor for 10 minutes, it turned out that the floors were not washed, but simply vacuumed - the feet turned black). The slightly moved bed revealed a pile of sand, dust, and fruit pits underneath. Another disadvantage: we arrived in a large company and when we decided to sit on the terrace, we received a reprimand from the maid because of the included "expensive" light above the table. We turned off the light, but the question arose - why is it there and for whom?
Convenient location within a minute walk, convenience store, vegetable stalls, bus stop. The beach is two tram stops away.
Will we recommend the hotel to friends? - Only for those who are looking for a budget vacation. Will we go back to the hotel ourselves? - No.
