Staying at OK "Odessa" exceeded expectations because of the professional staff (although cleaning could have been done more often), modern amenities, and the convenient location. Thank you, OK "Odessa".

They are supposed to speak English at this hotel, but the Staff pretend they don't know English. We have many problems at this hotel

The location is good and rooms are okay. As the name indicates it’s “ok” to stay there, I simply wouldn’t recommend to include breakfast & parking in the booking

Good and cheap hotel with small rooms not far from the City Centre. Breakfast is "originally" ukrainian with boiled eggs and some kind of old tough cheese but satisfies ;) I enjoyed it to be here!

Place is cheap and best to stay

This place is highly underrated for it good prices. Includes free breakfast a stairwell to smoke in. A bar with snack and basic menu. Good Wi-Fi and surprisingly comfortable beds that are big.

The service is good, the reception were greeted with a smile, the room quite normal for the money, bedding, towels all clean. We liked it. Using only the services of this hotel. Thank you

Visiting Zirka hotel was not my choice it was a roundworm selection from hotel list but after visiting there now finally I know that after this I will be their permeant guest

they easy understand the need of their customers. I have been served the best breakfast that I had never before. every month I have trips to Odessa Zirak will be favored place

Excellent service, food and pleasant staff are very unusual for hotels with medium prices. 60-70 usds for such a good rooms are really cheap prices for the rooms with breakfast included.

The hotel is located in the Kievsky district of Odessa, 10 minutes walk from the sea. From the railway station, take tram 18 for about 30 minutes. From the tram stop, walk to the hotel is a maximum of 5 minutes

Breakfast is a buffet option, with a large selection, there are even milk and chicken soups, pancakes, there is coffee, tea, dairy, muesli, different types of sausages, eggs, buckwheat, sliced vegetables, apples, cheese, jams, pastries, buns, in general, the food service is at a high level

The bed is comfortable, not squeaky, the bed linen is clean, new, everything is white. The overall impression is very positive. The administrators are friendly, ready to help with a kettle and any questions

Wi-Fi works for free without problems. On the territory there is a restaurant, a fitness room (free), a sauna with a swimming pool, billiards, a small children's playground, parking

In the lobby there is a work corner with a computer, umbrellas, a cooler with cold / hot water. We booked a room on Booking (a double comfort room with a shared bed)

This hotel is far above expectations. We booked on Wednesday night (due to my wife's birthday on Thursday)

Honestly, the staff is excellent and the manager of serving was really fantastic (i am sorry, I do not remember his name) but he was at his heels all the time. Rooms were good and good atmosphere around

I’m not sure how the owners/management have/has achieved such exceptional levels of service from all the staff, but they have managed to create an atmosphere that is not only warm and welcoming, but also the feel that all of the staff really care about the hotel and its guests

There's nothing much to do in the Winter, except stroll along the beach and enjoy the fresh sea air. But in Summer it is packed with restaurants, bars and a nice place to be in general.

Yes, it has been a long time since a general cleaning was done, furniture was replaced (dry-cleaned). The staff is friendly, they even called to ask if everything was okay, if they found blankets, if everything was okay

2 of them alex and Marisa they are beautiful as models reminds women from fairytales with princess and castle but it is real there are in this hotel. The hotel with the most ginger reception in the world 3 of them!

It's a very good price/quality ratio and I always felt great in there. A bit weird how they choose to ask for confirmation of booking, but went there several times and never had any trouble.

I would it give to the restaurant's breakfast menu a 4 star, since the menu is very limited ( No fruits or water). Quality of breakfast is a 5 🌟 The hotel rooms are cozy, clean and well maintained

From the restaurant area you are few meters away from the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater

Good hotel in the heart of the city. The staff is amazing and will help you with anything you need, taxi, laundry, directions, advise. The on-site restaurant is excellent and the included breakfast is great

The walls are paper-thin so you can hear what is going on in adjacent rooms very clearly. The shower cubicles are super tight so you frequently bump the water temperature lever and frequently find yourself adjusting it

The hotel is new, the furniture and fixtures are new, the bed is comfortable, and the carpeted floor is pleasant to walk on barefoot. I rented it in February and March, and the room was warm and had constant hot water

I paid for breakfast separately, and it was very inexpensive. I needed breakfast very early for work. They arranged for me to have breakfast for 6:45 without any problem (it was scheduled later)

The city center is just a few minutes' drive away. The breakfast is very good, filling. I was glad that they had decent coffee from the coffee machine, and not filter coffee like some hotels

Mini-hotel Hermes (Greek, 17). Clean, comfortable, Breakfast served in the room. Always take an advance payment for the first night (even if You didn't arrive). Friendly. Was in may 2013.

Bad smell and noise when somebody uses water, no place to dry towels and bugs. We had to eat in Cafe near hotel. Only 4 meals to choose, fried egg, omelet, cereal or pancakes that they never had except one morning

The room is quite comfortable. Minus the bathroom is a bit old and there is no nice view from the window. Quiet in the hotel, which is always lacking. The air conditioner works quite well
