The hotel itself is fine. The building site (25 floors of concrete) behind is not. Also, a bit of a hike from the beach

I been stay 2 times. Location good. Rooms clean. Only disappointed they tried take what I did not drink in minibars. Really bad behavior. Another else good. But therefore it I guess I will not stay there

The room is spacious. Huge bathroom with Jacuzzi. The staff is very caring. 10 minutes from Arcadia.
Was a bit concerned in the working days building skyscrapers in the neighborhood.
In the courtyard pool. Own Parking on site. In the hotel Elevator.

Great and not overpriced villa at convenient location. They have a parking, although it's rather small but can be booked in advance. Villa also offers cool breakfast, and a pool.

My highest recommendation! The finest hotel for the money in all Arcadia/Odessa. Luxury suite with roomy terrace (highly recommend room 303!) is pristine clean, dreamy comfortable bedding, VERY roomy, room for two spa bath and soundproofed (A LOT of construction going on around hotel and you wouldn't know it unless you open a window.) All staff so friendly and responsive, you will think you are their boss! Proper kudos to Irina, Marina, Emma, Sasha and blonde housekeeper lady (never got her name) Magnificent made to order breakfast! Cheese pancakes a MUST to order..oooolala! Acadia/Ibiza less than 10 minute walk downhill.
