Bottom line, the worst hotel I know, beds on which it is impossible to sleep, instead of soap, someone's shower gels diluted with water, burnt linen stinks, part of the building in general has broken windows, it is better to spend the night in a car than in such a room...

Guys, if you want to relax before the train in warmth, silence, comfort and coziness, then this is not about this hotel. I paid 800 UAH for the room, although we booked in advance through hostels24, the site indicated the amount of 700 UAH, upon arrival they said that they were taking 100 UAH because we booked via the Internet, since we were tired and didn’t want anything, we paid. But it turned out to be cold in the room, to the point of trembling, the air conditioner did not work, the pipes were cold, in the bathroom, in the shower instead of a curtain, there was a tattered tarpaulin, with white paint and black dots, don’t understand why, which doesn’t close the shower tightly, from which all water was on the floor. When we checked in, a good administrator came across and gave a heater, of course I thank her for that, BUT it was a suite in which there weren’t even elementary disposable slippers, towels that were in the room, they emitted an unpleasant smell, and the room itself from the fact that not the smell of dampness is heated, the washbasin is cracked, there is a gap at the front door with a finger. In the morning, it was not an alarm clock for us, but women (cleaners) who went out into the corridor and could not decide how to fill the toilets, and how to clean them with a brush. The site indicated that check-out is from 12:00-13:00, but at 11:30 we were asked to vacate the room before 12:00 so that they could clean it, and no matter what is written on the site, supposedly all hotels are evicted before 12:00 . She began to be rude and snap, an unpleasant woman.
