I stayed at this hotel for the first time, or rather we were a group of tourists, I can say that the hotel was a pleasant surprise, since I was in Mukachevo last year, only in a different hotel, and therefore there is something to compare with. The photo is completely true, I will say that it is a very cozy hotel, clean rooms, there are 3 types of towels in the rooms, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, refrigerator...

Beds are not comfortable as they supposed to be.....hygiene is not best.....it's ok if you're to tired to find something else. 😔

A wonderful little castle right next to the ski slope. Great place for a family with small children. Here you can ski not only on skis and boards, but remember your childhood with sleds and ice-boats and it is practically safe even for kids. But parents should remember that it is better not to leave children unattended. And then the Carpathian hospitality and cordiality, varied home cooking and hot...

Excellent family hotel. Very friendly hosts and staff. Delicious Transcarpathian cuisine. It is possible to order food at a convenient time for the client, which will be delivered to the room at will. The kitchen is open from 10:00 to 22:00. The hotel has a sauna with a swimming pool. Also on the territory there is a huge banquet hall for up to 200 people.

Very cozy place, clean and silent. Feels like home ;) And breakfast is delicious. Especially homemade strawberry jam 😊

Rooms with the shower are clean. There is loud at night because of trains. It's also hot in the rooms without aircondition. Big advantage is "Pizzeria Coloseum" downstairs. Small parking

Clean and accurate place. But is situated near the railways. The interior and furniture are simple and a little worn up. Good enough for its price as a place for one night.

The hotel is located near the center. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, friendly hosts. The car can be parked in the yard, which is under video surveillance. A nice bonus was the presence of a fireplace)

Everything is great, I recommend! Great location, friendly hosts, delicious breakfast) On the ground floor there is a well-furnished living room with a chimney, I think that in the cold season it is magical. The only thing that surprised - it's short blankets, but I think you can ask for longer)

Good hostel, close to train station. Inside clean and tidy. There is a kitchen and a bathroom in each room. The service is excellent. It would be nice if the gates opened automatically, and not the receptionist ran back and forth, up the stairs, and opened the lock with a key. It would not hurt to change the oilcloth on the table.

We were a large group - they took almost all the seats. Met by a sweet, pleasant woman. Everywhere was removed. The bed has been changed. Close to the train station - exit directly to the platform. Which is very convenient. If we go again, we will stay here.

Good conditions, we had a room for 4 with our own bathroom, which has an extractor fan, stable hot water. The receptionist was a very helpful lady. The kitchen has a kettle and a microwave with a refrigerator, there is no hob, forks, spoons, cups and plates are available.

Very pleasant people, very nice and clean hotel, rooms are nice and modern. I even forgot my bracelet and they send me picture with it and asked how to send it back to me. Full recommendation :)

Clean spacious room. Everything is modernly designed. It’s about 2 km away from the historic center. It’s pretty close to Palanok Castle. Breakfast is not included but you can order it any time. It’s pretty cheap but wasn’t that tasty... There was no fridge in the room but we were allowed to use the one near reception. The room had only one window on the ceiling. I felt a bit claustrophobic because...

Clean, spacious, modern rooms with air conditioning. No English or German spoken by staff which made things a little more complicated but it wasn’t too much of a problem. Close to train station.

This is a wonderful place of the Transcarpathian region, everything is new and modern, warm, everything works, during the night they were able to dry all things after the bath. Friendly staff. On the street everything is for people: barbecues, gazebos, swings. Three more dogs with a cat, which gladly greet guests and accompany, give a special charm.

The prices are average, the staff is friendly, the interior is nice, but the kitchen... Nothing... Separately, we can only mention luxurious rooms with comfortable beds and impressive rooms with a balcony overlooking the mountains...

On the whole, favorable, comfortable conditions. The price is true. A minor drawback I can point out is the bathroom, the shower-sewer is right in the floor, the place for the shower is not separated by bumpers, so to speak, the shower is the bathroom itself.

I've only been to the zoo, it's really cool, even adults are interested!

An interesting small zoo located on the territory of a private restaurant complex. The selection of animals is small: several types of birds, also a couple of types of monkeys, a puma, a bear, hedgehogs, a wild forest cat, peacocks, ducks, pigeons, rabbits, strange different chickens, ponies and lemurs. You can immediately buy food at the entrance, an adult ticket - 50 UAH, a child's ticket - 30 UAH...

Very clean and well located hotel and restaurant. Very good food and clean rooms with air conditioning. The courtyard is locked at night with a gate and camera surveillance. A small zoo is attached. There is a star deduction because the zoo also keeps wild animals and unfortunately there is no breakfast. Otherwise I would love to come back.
