Hotel and restaurant complex "Intourist" in Mukacheve

Mice came out at night, there were no curtains, the floor was not swept, the garbage was thrown out 3 times in two weeks. We went to the room and saw that the shower was leaking, they called a plumber twice, but the second time they only repaired it.

Dust on the bars, the refrigerator has no outlet, you have to plug it in via an extension cord, there are no night lights by the bed, no gel, shampoo, no towels!, no hot water! There is no hairdryer either. There are office blinds on the window, construction is going on under the window - noisy! There is no wifi in the room. The room was on the first floor. The freshly renovated room still needed to be able to spoil it with "decor".
The room was very poorly cleaned, the bathroom was washed with a dirty rag, which had swamp stains on the light tiles. There was no shower gel or shampoo either.
In the evening, only the security guard remained on the farm, who was reluctant to help in finding a hairdryer, but still dialed to find out where to get it, it turned out that there was only one hairdryer and it had burned out.
When we tried to take a shower, there was no hot water either. The long-suffering security guard tried to solve the problem, went to the boiler room, but nothing helped. They suggested washing in the morning =)))
In the end, they opened a local bathhouse "horror from the 90s" where at least there was hot water, but it was not possible to dry off there either, because the hairdryer overheated in 30 seconds and turned off.
Breakfast is from 8 to 9, which means that everything is laid out on the tables at 8, and if you come at 8:30, you eat a cold omelet, cold porridge, and drink tea brewed with cold water.

The restaurant is awful, no menu, celebrated a corporate party, half of the certified and paid menu, was not on the table at all, in the end and did not take out hot, even just forgot to bring bread. The menu consisted of tomatoes and peppers. Only one star, for those people who were there as guests and made a festive atmosphere.

You can stop if there is no other option like ours. A dance competition is held in Uzhgorod, so all the hotels in Uzhgorod and Mukachevo were full. Only deluxe rooms were available.
Of the pluses - not a high price, the suite cost 1000 UAH. And that we were normally settled at night (3 am). The room has two toilets.
Of the minuses - the room itself is two-story with a steep staircase, it will be problematic for older people to climb to the bed.
Complete unsanitary conditions. In this room, little is thought about cleanliness and comfort. The toilet bowl is dirty, some rusty streaks (see photo). There is hair and dried urine on the rim of the toilet. In the bathroom in the drain hole, a skein of women's hair with dried shampoo.
Breakfast one option - 3 eggs 3 slices of sausage and cheese and tea.
