The reception works unsurpassed! You will really feel the care and desire to help. However, for the restaurant, if you pay for access to the Swedish line, you can only get soup, arriving only half an hour later in the 1.5-hour meal window. So, you may need supplies! Also, when under load, the medical department does not always calculate the compliance of its resources to the request of visitors....

Beautiful location, nice accommodations

All was good near ski , walking 2 m . Room was normal , There was a smell of sewage .

We went to several places looking for the best price, location, and amenities, and this hotel was high on the list. We were really looking for a Russian Banya and pool and they have a great room that was perfect. We ordered massage and food. It is not the most luxurious of the Polyana hotels, but it for the Banya and pool,it was great.

Went on a group family holiday with some family from the UK. Firstly, we had a booking at the hotel Kontynent, but their rooms and service were not up to our standard. We had most wonderful experience visiting the place. Good hotel service, white sheets, wonderful overall atmosphere. Restaurant is excellent, all food was very very good, lots of local things on the menu, moderate pricing. Not a bad skiing experience for beginning of March in this area. Expensive and dirty. They have a pool, banya, and chan. The restaurant has a fresh fishpond that is cool. The architecture is beautiful with log and river rock. However, the restaurant is dirty, the food is not worth the price. It is a beautiful location near the mountains. Keep looking

Very nice hotel! Our room (14) was clean, sheets and towels are white. Warm and cozy, underfloor heating. The area is not large, but well-groomed and beautiful! 👍 Our family was very comfortable ❤️ We will be happy to come back again! Thanks to the staff!

Very cozy, quiet, calm hotel! The area is wonderful: lots of greenery, a swimming pool (heated), hammocks, poufs, swings, gazebos. There is a parking lot, the view of the mountains is beautiful. The food is delicious. The room turned out to be better than we expected) In general, we were satisfied with the rest!

A great place for radial enduro races in Borzhava, the Rune mountain valley and the Carpathian cordon. The best breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the area. Rooms and camping fields for tents for every taste. Near the pump room with free mineral water "Luzhanska". For appliances there is a high pressure washer. Panna - you are the best. :)
