Wifi coverage is terrible, and cell coverage is spotty. The hot tub temperature is inconsistent - either a luke warm 35 or scalding 50. The pool is amazing, and the sauna is great - stream room, Finnish, or infrared. Clean, spacious locker rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. Playground for the kids, pleasant walks and hikes nearby.

Very friendly, helpful and polite people working in this place, but it isn't 4*. Clean bedding, but very poor mattress. As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel. Area surrounding the site looks very poor and the road leading up to it just a dirt track with the big puddles after the rain

A hotel in the heart of the Carpathians on the banks of a mountain river. The rooms are very spacious, clean, polite and helpful staff. Stunning view from the window! Buffet is included in the price. Not a bad place! The territory is large in comparison to other agencies in Shayan! A quiet place in the valley with good food and various kinds of treatments and massages. We stayed at the Karpaty health resort. This is a wonderful, picturesque spot on the outskirts of Truskavets. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the dolphinarium.
