Everything is fine, the complex is excellent. The show program is wonderful and fun for both children and adults. I would like to thank separately the animator Alexandru-Snow Maiden, usually I do not participate in activities, BUT she made it so that I was one of the first to wait for contests and prizes. I stayed 14 days at Sonyachny and here is my detailed review. Pros: 1. Facility: clean, great interior design. Outside looks very good and relaxing. 2. Location: Awesome and far away from the roads. We stayed here for almost two weeks. Very nice place with kind people and good service. Village itself has different shops with traditional local food and variety of imported goods (from EU). Highly recommended!

Liked it a lot! Natalia received us warmly at the reception. Since we were with a one and a half month old baby, we were placed in a suite on the ground floor. There is a nice pool, pump room in the basement. The dining room is in a separate room, so the smell of the kitchen does not spread throughout the hotel. Portions are spartan, very dietary. For an adult it is a bit small and quite monotonous...

I recommend it! IClear, friendly staff! We're in the budget room! In which there is everything you need to stay: comfortable beds, new bedding, new towels for the bathroom (it is spacious and perfectly clean), at will give out a towel for the pool, also the room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV ... And it is not all the benefits! ?

197 steps of complete relaxation and pleasure！ A place where you want to return. Clean comfortable rooms with a spacious bathroom, friendly staff. Clean large pool with stunning views. Wonderful hotel! Friendly receptionists, spacious room, just a great view from the balcony. The restaurant at the hotel cooks delicious. The pool is large, clean, water 25-27 degrees. The only negative is the lack of an elevator. If you live in a room on the 5th floor, be prepared for daily fitness.

Were here two nights in June 2021 with a group. The rooms are gorgeous. We lived in a two-room suite. There is everything: a hairdryer, such as paper, soap, shampoo. A great place to stay. The silence is disturbed only by the noise of a mountain river. There is no car, no tram, no train and no planes. The accommodation is excellent, everything is in line with the booking. The staff is friendly, they will tell you everything, help. Recommend!

Great place, I'm resting here for the sixth time: 2004,2015,2016,2017,2019and now.Very good healing mineral water, alpine clean air.Everything else should be much better, but as always not enough money, although the prices are quite reasonable .The staff is friendly, enough food.

Wifi coverage is terrible, and cell coverage is spotty. The hot tub temperature is inconsistent - either a luke warm 35 or scalding 50. The pool is amazing, and the sauna is great - stream room, Finnish, or infrared. Clean, spacious locker rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. Playground for the kids, pleasant walks and hikes nearby.

Nice personal, big and clean rooms. Hot SPA. Very delicious food.

Very friendly, helpful and polite people working in this place, but it isn't 4*. Clean bedding, but very poor mattress. As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel. Area surrounding the site looks very poor and the road leading up to it just a dirt track with the big puddles after the rain

Not a bad place! The territory is large in comparison to other agencies in Shayan! A quiet place in the valley with good food and various kinds of treatments and massages. Nice and serene place for families with kids and elderly people. Chilly summers with high humidity at this region provide for good night sleep. Big well-organized territory and lovely SPA. Could be boring for young active people.

Too good to be true... But the prices are exorbitant for an average Joe from Ukraine.

Rested in December 2021. Good sanatorium, but there are problems with heating and hot water, which is supplied by the hour.
