Kateryna in Polyana

We had most wonderful experience visiting the place. Good hotel service, white sheets, wonderful overall atmosphere. Restaurant is excellent, all food was very very good, lots of local things on the menu, moderate pricing. Not a bad skiing experience for beginning of March in this area. Plenty of things to do, like fishing, sauna, swimming pool, flight on the air balloon, options to visit castles, etc in the area. Recommend.

Went on a group family holiday with some family from the UK. Firstly, we had a booking at the hotel Kontynent, but their rooms and service were not up to our standard.

Then we went to Kateryn Hotel, and we were welcomed by a friendly manager that showed us around the property before even booking. She even spoke English with us, with was a great advantage to us. The rooms, swimming pool and the whole facility were very welcoming. I enjoyed the food especially. The administrator Miroslav was a very kind lady who helped prepare our BBQ area and ensured we had all the equipment to enjoy the BBQ night. She also helps us with activities we can do during the day around the city. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and friendly staff of Kateryna.
