We went to Synevyr and looked for a place to stay for one night. Initially, they wanted to drive up and check in right near the lake, but it was busy or very expensive. We found this place purely by chance. As for me, for the money that is asked here and with those conditions, this is paradise. For 400 UAH to have a room with a view of the mountains from both windows is chic (but this is a hike in only 10 rooms where we were). The room is generally large and spacious, there is a TV, a set-top box (a bunch of channels), a refrigerator, a large bed, a bathroom, hot water, there is a patio for several cars. The biggest disadvantage for which we put 4 points is water. Here it comes from the well and apparently it is stagnant and smells of rotten eggs ... This indicates a large presence of hydrogen sulfide, which is not very good for a person. Only one room has air conditioning. Noise isolation in our room was excellent, in the morning there was a very heavy downpour and it was almost not heard. The hotel has a grocery store and whatever you want, prices are very low. There is also a cafe - they cook very tasty and cheap, but not very fast, since at least we had one chef with us. For two, you can completely eat up and get drunk for 250-300 hryvnias. There is a lot of booze: different tinctures, beer, vodka, etc. It takes about 6-7 kilometers from the hotel to the rehabilitation center for brown bears, but because of the very bad road, it does not happen as fast as it seems, probably about 20 minutes. To the lake Synevyr is about 15 km, but again, because of the road you you will not go 15-20 minutes, but all 40 minutes.
In general, one could complain about some points, but excuse me for 400 UAH (15 $) this is a laugh. At a time when all other hotels in the district start from ~ 700-900 UAH, and specific ones reach 2000+ UAH.

I like the hotel. We have been staying in it for two years now. Rooms are cozy, with all amenities. There is a cafe in the same house. You can order kebabs, ribs and more while traveling. Upon arrival at the hotel everything will be hot, fresh) The staff is attentive. Located near the Synevyr Pass, Lake Synevyr, Kolochava

Of the pluses (+):
- the administrators are trying their best, and it can be seen, they even changed the room away from the cafe/shop for this plus
- the room at first glance and for its price is simply wonderful, it has an air conditioner, a heater, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, and a TV.
Of the cons(-):
- we didn't have time to pull into the parking lot when we were met at the gate by a local ragul on a Kamaz, who lives down the street behind the motel, he couldn't wait a few minutes for us to open the gate and calmly drive in
- general lack of hot water, we were promised from 7 in the evening, we were promised at 9 in the evening, we waited at 10 and at 11, and drained the water, which we did not do, and at 7 in the morning there was no hot water, rather, the boiler is broken and not all rooms may have water or it was simply not turned on, the arrow on the boiler stood firmly in the center and the situation has not changed in 12 hours, it was not possible to take a shower
- all doors without a seal, constantly from drafts and closing/opening of doors by neighbors, there is a strong roar, especially at night, it breaks your heart
- the bed in room 1 is a separate story, it creaked even from breathing, if you want to turn on your side at night, it is better not to do it, because you will wake up the neighbors
- gazebos near the parking lot are evil (almost under the windows), the company roared until the morning, even with the window closed and the air conditioner, it is impossible to sleep
- the gate does not close normally, because it is crooked, it must be propped up with a large block so that it does not open by itself
- the water smells like rotten eggs
P.S We were very disappointed, although everything was fine at the very beginning and the room was not bad with everything necessary, but without hot water, with the constant knocking of the door, shouting under the window, we could not sleep and went home dirty and tired ((((

About Gothel, you can say this - price quality.
We had a huge room, 5th, with three beds, a TV and a refrigerator without a bathroom (toilet and shower were next to each other along the corridor). The rooms are clean and comfortable just like a hotel. Very warm ! The room cost 500 UAH. per day .
We rented a few more rooms, they also cost 500 UAH. with double beds and bathrooms.
Room 2 was very hot!
Even with the batteries off and the window open! There is some kind of pipe in the wall that heats this room very inexorably.
The staff is friendly.
Very small and inconvenient parking.
Wanted to eat, went to the local cafe .... full of locals and left.
At night, we realized that the doors in the rooms tend to knock very hard and, frankly, very poor sound insulation led to discomfort.
In general, a place to spend the night at the lowest price is suitable.

He lived on the 2nd floor in the 7th room. Nice furniture and bed, clean and comfortable. The door to the shower stall is broken and water disappears. One girl and admin and waiter, good but physically being in 2 places is impossible. There is a shop downstairs. Very dirty in the gazebos in the courtyard.
