The food is too expensive for this region. Standard room is very small, but the family room is big and comfortable.

In few words -its absolutely unexpected & extraordinary. Souse with camomile in smoked perch salad. Or seabuckthorn souse in smoked duck salad. Moverover who would've though of making marshmallow with 🍅 and basil. It's definitely extraordinary & extravagant but in a good way. Definitely worth trying. Besides the view is just breathtaking. Probably one of most romantic places.

Expencive place with experimental cuisine. Try only if you're open to new tastes. Kid's menu is absolutely eatable.

The interior and location are perfect, but prices are super high and the dishes are too sophisticated.. therefore it was totally empty when we got inside.

The best place to escape from the city bustle. The mountains are right in front of your eyes, the air is incredible. I really liked that there is both a hot tub and a pool - contrasting treatments against such a view work better than any spa. The owners are very hospitable, they suggested places to go for a walk nearby. We will definitely come back in the fall!

Great place to stay, cozy. Very kind and attentive host. We pay around 50$ for night. Also they have “chan” - hot bath outside the building with mountain view, highly recommend to order this entertainment.

DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM VENDORS THERE. THEY ARE CHEATS. We bought nice smelling teas but they use essence. They don't taste like what they serve you there at all. The lake on the other hand is pretty unique in Ukraine. Beautiful.

Everyone should visit Synevir lake once in Carpathian Mountains. It is a great and calm place to have some rest from everyday routine. On the way to the lake there is a nice stream and also a natural source of drinking water. If you stay at the hotel right at the bottom of the lake you can take bikes and have a wonderful ride to the waterfall and National Reservation with bears, kept from poachers

The lake is small. You pay 30 to take a boat ride to a very small island in the lake. The islans is about 3m x 3m. We enjoyed the boat trip and the breeze. The boat is mamually rowed. There's a restaurant at the entrance of the lake. The restaurant serves very nice fish. The restaurant itself is a plus to us.

The view is perfect. All three stars comes from the view itself. The hotel itself was below average. A bed with a lot of noise, looks like from 1980s. Really poor breakfast, inexperienced waitresses, low quality desserts. Imagine this place as a viewpoint. Do not expect much from the hotel itself.

2 stars for the view. We stopped in and ate at the restaurant on the way back from Lake Synevyr. It seemed like a nice place, but the restaurant sucked, even by Ukrainian standards. Was served a piece of pork that was nearly all fat and bone. The waitress acted as if she could care less about working. The view was nice, but obscured by smog and pollution. Best to pack a picnic for Ukie road trips

Wifi coverage is terrible, and cell coverage is spotty. The hot tub temperature is inconsistent - either a luke warm 35 or scalding 50. The pool is amazing, and the sauna is great - stream room, Finnish, or infrared. Clean, spacious locker rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. Playground for the kids, pleasant walks and hikes nearby.

The staff provided top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We spent a week there and felt right at home. I'd like to commend the management for their customer-focused approach and also thank the waitresses, Miroslava and Irina, for their attentiveness to both me and my son. Overall, the experience was excellent; I haven't experienced such high-quality service in a long time.

This is simply superb. I don't know why Booking.com only rates it 8.7, but it's actually higher. There's a large swimming pool, a couple of slides for kids, a jacuzzi, and saunas... Very friendly, helpful and polite people working in this place, but it isn't 4*. Clean bedding, but very poor mattress. As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel. Area surrounding the site looks very poor and the road leading up to it just a dirt track with the big puddles after the rain

Very good place with lot's of attractions. However all restaurants and cafes are very overpriced and the portions are small. The prices are sometimes more expensive than in Kyiv.

Visited for a while in summer. Can't tell anything about accommodation, people say it's quite good. But the 4 km long local road is fit rather for the all-roaders. Mind this. Can be smoother in winter thanks to packed snow if any

It’s a total eco resort. Everything is made of wood. We lived in a different accommodation near the place and came here for a day. There are a lot of different activities: horse riding, apiary, pottery, soap making, a pool and a vat. But each activity is for additional price. Prices are reasonable but the service could be better. Sometimes you have to wait for activity even if the place is not crowded...

The place is beautiful. The cottage is great. Very clean. However there is no safety at the place. For example in winter they do no clean the ice from the roads, the places for skiing and sled is very dangerous as there is noone taking care of any dafety rules.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the village of Izki. You need to go here only by car, there is nothing within walking distance. The nearest ski lifts are Eco-resort Izki and Pylypets. I recently stayed at the Aratta Hotel in Pylypets, and I want to leave my review. The hotel has improved a lot recently - it is clear that the owner and the approach to service have changed. Nice exterier and kitchen, but was one moment which I totaly disliked, we had a bike trip and came late here , all shops were closed and we needed to refill our water , I asked about some water in bottle , regularly this water costs 10 uah , but the owner gave it to us for 50 uah:(

A wonderful place. The views from the cottages are simply stunning. The house is equipped with everything you need (a fully stocked kitchen, bed linen and towels, warm blankets and throws). It's warm inside. Heating comes from a wood-burning fireplace, and each room also has additional ceramic panels.

Good standard room, clean and modern, aircon, wi-fi, balcony, friendly staff, front-desk open 24h. Also has larger rooms with bathtub. They have an older section with cheaper rooms of an older standard, we staid in the newer part of the hotel. Would happily stay here again.
