Zarinok in Pylypets

We were in Zarinka in February and we really liked it, we knew about this base before, because it was always very tasty here in Kolyba, and this year we came to stay.
Initially, for 3 adults and 1 child under 1.5 years old, we took a room with 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed
We decided that it was still a little cramped and moved to the next room - 2 bedrooms and a living room.

The rooms are newly renovated now, I'll add a photo below (because all the photos that were on the Internet still had red walls), and now they are bright and much nicer

What I liked:
Most of the room is covered with new carpets, and it's clear that there was just a renovation, new textiles
There are slippers, towels, shower accessories
There is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, TVs in each room
You can turn the heating on or off yourself
Very nice area
There are gazebos and a covered barbecue near the houses.
There is a lake on the territory, a river flows, there is a pond and a trout pond
A small playground for children is what we needed
Nearby the Shypit waterfall - you can go for a walk there (300-500 meters)
A small shop has opened nearby
A wonderful asphalt road, and you can also get there by train, the station is not far away (10-15 km)
Another plus was that they did not turn off the lights, but they told us that there is a generator and heating and hot water do not depend on the light, which was very important this winter

And more pluses when you go with a child and in general:
The neighboring hotel has a huge children's room, playgrounds, spa and pool for the smallest (60 cm), also an embankment for walking, and several restaurants with delicious food, local markets, a protected area of ​​​​the waterfall

In Pylypets itself there are several lifts, within walking distance from the hotel, in winter you can skiing, there is a farm on the top of the mountain

Cons-the hut was not working when we arrived (they said it was under renovation)
And as far as I understand, not all rooms have been updated yet, and the price may be different- this must be clarified before arrival

This is just a magical place! Everything you need is within walking distance, but at the same time the houses themselves are securely hidden from prying eyes by dense greenery, which creates a feeling of complete peace and privacy.
The territory is very well-groomed, beautiful and comfortable. There was always enough space to find a cozy corner for solitude, to meet the dawn or see off the sun in silence. Lying on the terrace near the house, listening to the sound of rain, is a special kind of pleasure.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the owners. Your hospitality, care and attention to detail made my stay here truly unforgettable. I definitely recommend it!

We rested in Zarinka with family and friends. The owners and staff are very nice, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. On the fourth day, the towels were replaced. We didn't eat in the hut, we cooked in the shared kitchen, but friends who had breakfast there say that everything is delicious and the prices are reasonable.
There is a refrigerator in the room, we even have a freezer, in the shared kitchen - plates, utensils, pots, pans (we took our own pan because we have a small child, as well as our own knives). Everything is clean, it is clear that the staff tries to keep everything clean and tidy.
There are two types of rooms - in the building that has been renovated and in the one that has not been updated yet, but almost the entire set of furniture is the same there and there. The shower is compact but there are shelves where everything fits.
There is a playground.
Also, a complex with a hotel, a restaurant and a cafe, as well as a cool children's and sports playground, was built nearby. There is a nice path through the forest that doesn't have to go along the road.
For your money - the hotel's location is top! We'll probably come back here again.
We were unlucky - we arrived
right after the Shypit festival, and there was an intestinal virus in Pylypets (I saw it on the news but didn't pay any attention, but an ambulance came to the hotel every night to see one of the neighbors and said that they had been coming here for a week. And 7 out of 9 people in our company, including children, caught this rotavirus, had symptoms of varying intensity, which of course ruined our vacation. But this has nothing to do with the hotel - it's more a recommendation for the future to plan a trip for the dates either before the festival or a month after when the infection disappears.
