Zolotoy Bereg Mini-hotel in Berdyansk

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, which is a huge plus. There are beautiful rose bushes and fountains near each terrace. It's very beautiful. I really liked the mini zoo. It was a real lifesaver in rainy weather. All the animals are well-groomed. There's children's entertainment every evening, and the girls are very smart. They don't allow strangers on the grounds, which is great. We had a room with meals included. The food was delicious, with huge portions. The waitresses were very smart. Thank you! The beach is cleaned of jellyfish in the mornings, but the sand itself is very dirty. The water park is great. We had many great times there. We stayed in a "log cabin" and there was terrible mold in the shower, on the walls, and a constant smell of mildew. Cleaning is done upon request, but not very well. We found old cookies and bread from previous occupants of this room under the bed. Please provide a place for a barbecue, otherwise we have to pay for our own shashlik.

We vacationed with the whole family (2 adults + 2 children). Overall, it was a very good experience. Nice rooms, daily cleaning service, a clean beach with straw umbrellas and sun loungers. We really liked the park on the resort grounds. Everything is well-kept, and there's plenty of space for the kids to play. There are activities for children every evening after dinner. There's a water park and a petting zoo on site, which the kids really enjoyed. The dining room was clean and smelled fresh. The food was delicious and varied. The staff in the dining room was very prompt and polite. However, I didn't have a great memory of the restaurant. The food there is okay, and the waitresses are polite. But the manager of the castle restaurant is something else. On the seventh day of our vacation at the resort, something went wrong with her, and without understanding the situation or checking all the documents, she tried to interfere with breakfast, stupidly standing over us, and trying to prove that we were underpaid. Basically, breakfast was ruined. We had to go to the senior manager of the resort ourselves and sort things out. After reviewing all the documents, it turned out we didn't owe anything after all. We'd paid full price, even for a four-year-old child. The restaurant manager didn't even apologize. It left a bad taste in our mouth. We paid 43,200 hryvnias for a week's vacation. And this attitude.

In 2021, the Gold Coast is changing for the better by leaps and bounds! The attention of the staff, courtesy - everything is there. I especially liked the buffet breakfast option on the terrace! Fabulously pleasant and beautiful !!! The polite staff is very nice and important !!!! The work of the canteen is also organized at a height. The food is excellent.

A huge well-groomed area, very clean, green, smells like pine trees like in the Crimea. There are swimming pools and a water park for both children and adults. We lived in a bungalow, next to them there is one large gazebo and a few smaller ones - there is where to sit with friends in the evening. There is a barbecue area. Also a small zoo and playground. The security service is at a height, you can leave the tablet in the gazebo in the evening and in the morning it will be brought to your room (verified by personal experience). Great restaurant with a large summer terrace, impeccable service (special thanks to the waiter Pavel). It can be seen that the owner invests not only money in development but also his soul.
