The hotel is located very close to the beach area and the sea.
Nearby there is all the necessary infrastructure (shops, restaurants, canteens, markets, pharmacies, etc.).
The rooms are luxurious for the price.

We have a dog, and a rather big one - it’s not a Yorkie or a toy terrier. This is a big dog with whom we are trying to travel around Ukraine. Unfortunately, it's not that simple. Every time it’s a real quest to find a hotel or apartment where we will be accepted with an animal.
Hotel "Olgino" turned out to be exactly the place where we were welcomed and were very welcome. The owners treated us with great attention and understanding, offering rooms with maximum comfort for all family members and pets.
We really enjoyed it!!
An excellent vacation spot in Berdyansk on the spit - rooms with all amenities, a wonderful view of the Azov Sea, well-groomed territory. And you can relax with your pets!!!

We have been vacationing for about 8 years and only in this hotel. Olichka is an excellent hospitable hostess. The rooms are super prices, the lowest on the spit. There is a parking place, there is a sea nearby, everything is cozy, clean, beautiful, you arrive as if you were at home, and when the time comes to leave home, you don’t want to leave Olichka at all. Just come and see for yourself. Vacations are always super at this hotel.

Additionally, there is a separate toilet and shower in the courtyard. The room contains bedding and dishes, but no towels.

It was a surprise that you cannot use additional electrical appliances (hair dryer, electric kettle).

The courtyard is cozy and covered in greenery.

Parking for 6 cars. Free for vacationers.

The owner has 2 very well-mannered dogs, they never go beyond their allowed boundaries and do not bark.

Great location. 7 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the market and 3 minutes to the nearest establishments. In the evenings you can't hear loud music from cafes.

A good place for a family holiday. Welcoming hosts. A couple of minutes walk to the sea. Nearby there is a market, many shops, "Wines of the World", several good cafes, a pizzeria/sushi.
The prices are reasonable and lower than in the area for the same level of comfort.
The rooms are clean, as are the bed linens. There is a set of dishes, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. You can borrow a pot/pan from the hostess, as you can cook in the shared kitchen. There is a barbecue, making barbecue is not a problem.
The car is parked in a closed area.
Nearby is a clean Miami beach, where you can rent a place under an umbrella, sun loungers, and smoke a hookah right on the seashore. For children: water dragon rides, zorb rides, inflatable slides, trampolines, shooting range, etc.
