Nice place, nice and friendly staff. The rooms are in very good condition, everything is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that there is no direct access to the beach, and in this part of the spit it is forbidden to make private beaches.
There is a good parking for cars under a canopy, a bar, a kitchen, a barbecue area (they can take a net, skewers).
But in general, a very cool place, next time I will definitely come back to them

Two-storey building with 20 rooms with everything you need: shower, toilet, air conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator, wi-fi internet. Orthopedic mattresses, quality linen. Quality furniture. The total area of the room is approximately 25 sq.m. On the territory: swimming pool, cafe, parking under a canopy for 8 cars, playground, sunbeds under a large tree by the pool, housewife. The territory is closed at the gates, but to come from the city and park your car at 1 o'clock at night is not a problem. The cafe is prepared by the hostess of the hotel Galina, by prior arrangement. It takes 4 minutes to go to the sea (google map score). However, the advantage of the far braid in a much smaller number of vacationers than in the middle part of the braid.
Rooms are in perfect condition, newly renovated. The area is well appointed. But minus - there is no access to the sea .... you need to bypass. Although, when you have a swimming pool in your hotel, the sea is like that.

Insanely delicious cuisine, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered even from the beach. The menu is concise and yet there is everything.
Clean pool, freshly renovated room. We were in the second room, on the first floor, a large double bed, new mattresses (a little rustling), clean linens with a pleasant smell. Minus probably the first floor, you can hear walking on the second, as well as a very noisy sewer. If light sleep, then this is even a problem.
You really need to go to the sea for about 7 minutes, through the private sector and trees, but this is a matter of the distant spit of Berdyansk and not the base.
The coordinates of the base are not correctly marked both in booking and on Google maps, I will attach a photo of the turn to the base from the main road.
We spent a good weekend at this base, Saturday evening with a barbecue and Galina, the receptionist Lemonchela, simply won our hearts. Thanks for your hospitality.

I recommend this place.
Nice hotel with a clean large pool. Nice rooms, clean linen, excellent bathroom, shower. Responsive polite staff always responds to all requests. Very well-kept area with magnificent large willows. There is a large area with sun loungers around the pool where you can relax in the shade or sunbathe in the sun. We were delighted with the rest.

Great place for a relaxing family vacation! We rested with a large family at the end of July 2021, everyone was accommodated comfortably. The room was comfortable and cosy. The restaurant on site was very helpful. The cuisine is delicious, even the children ate with pleasure, although they know how to be harmful! )) The pool saved from the invasion of jellyfish and gave fun. Thanks to the staff of Holin Hall Hotel for a great vacation! Recommend! 😉

Great location, very well refurbished room. The room operates around the clock ventilation, adjust the temperature as you want. Everything is there, even a hair dryer. Cleaned up every day.
To the beach 2 minutes walk (the only negative on the road biting mosquitoes in the evening).
Delicious food at the base. You can order and take food to your room if you don’t want to sit in a cafe.
Barbecues are provided, you can bring your own meat.
The area around the pool is great, lots of shade and sunbeds.

The location is ambiguous, plus the pool and cafe. Of the minuses, the territory is not intended for recreation, there are no gazebos, there is nowhere to sit in the evening, there are no tables on the pool, sun loungers without mattresses. There was no room cleaning. Just took out the trash. The road to the sea through the bushes with mosquitoes. This is a feature of the far spit, there are no canopies and sun loungers on the beach, if you want comfort, choose the middle part of the spit. Special thanks to the waitress Vlada, she is smart, excellent service and help. The chefs cooked delicious food.

We have been coming to this hotel for the fourth year (this time we decided to take our parents). They booked a two-room suite in the new building for them, and did not regret it at all :).
The room is comfortable, stylish; with two separate rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is complete with utensils and appliances. I was pleased with the good soundproofing (we could not hear the neighbors), a smart TV and a sea view from the terrace near the room. Cleaning and change of towels are carried out every day. From time to time Wi-Fi was slow in the old building, but rebooting the router saved the situation. We used the hotel's barbecue (you can rent a grill grate or skewers). Special praise to the administration and staff! In the cafe at the hotel, everything is invariably delicious (I recommend okroshka, seafood soup and salads). It is possible to pay by card and see the current menu on the hotel website. Attitude towards customers is on top, so Kholin Hall can be safely recommended.
