I liked it very much! The sea is super - on the spit for the 7th time. Traveled with my husband and 10 year old child. The hotel is small, cozy and clean. The room has a lot of furniture, such as cabinets, ottomans, a coffee table, an armchair, a dressing table - very comfortable. Large balcony overlooking the sea. Wake up, drink coffee and look at the sea. Everything is clean, everything works. Mosquito nets everywhere. There is a kettle, dishes, iron, socket in the bathroom, which is not unimportant! The area is clean and there are parking spaces. Lots of staff. The pool is cleaned every morning, for children there are all sorts of inflatable things, circles, mattresses. The cafe serves tasty and varied food. And most importantly, you leave the hotel and immediately the sea! Sunbeds in the shade and close to the beach. There are few people on the beach of the hotel, no one interferes with anyone. In short, I liked it! I will recommend to my friends)))

+ Very tasty food in the cafe, although it takes a long time to prepare.

Minuses:
- The hood in the toilet does not work and the boiler stinks.
- Places on the beach are sold to non-hotel guests and sometimes they behave defiantly, listen to music loudly. It is scary to leave your belongings with such comrades, and the hotel administration is not responsible for the loss.
- Constant smells of soup and other homemade food in the corridors (obviously warmed up by the staff in the microwave). Although according to the rules of the hotel, the use of a microwave and a slow cooker is prohibited. Our request to warm up food from the restaurant was denied. I had to eat it cold
- Old air conditioner.

Good, good place for a family vacation. Location right on the beach, sea view, all amenities are there. For visitors there is parking and free awnings / umbrellas with sunbeds. There is a small playground and a good Cafe: dishes at a very budget price, quite tasty and varied cuisine, everything is always fresh. The staff is polite. Rooms are small but enough space. Of the minuses - the price for the room is very high. The rooms are initially clean but there is no constant cleaning, they are cleaned only on demand, and usually not on the same day when you ask, the garbage had to be taken out on your own in smelly bins 3 times per week of rest, which darkens the overall impression. Breakfast is not included in the price, beach towels are also not included, the bathroom often smells unpleasant, the state of repair is tired, there is rust on metal door handles and external units of air conditioners, which spoils the view. The pool is small, more for children and for some reason with very muddy water. If you fix all the shortcomings above, you can put 5ku.
Average hotel and location if you plan to stay for a couple of days. The pool is small, bigger for kids. Threesome kitchen. When ordering, the room was booked with a sea view, but it turned out to be overlooking the kitchen and utility room, because of this, in the morning it was not the sound of the sea that woke us up, but the laughter and loud stories of the staff. Opposite the room there is a shared toilet and shower, which causes a lot of discomfort, starting from the noise and the line, ending with the smell. On the beach you can hear personal family dramas and talking on the phone of a peasant who should wear sun loungers (in an orange t-shirt), but he is busy with more important matters, arguing his problems on the whole beach. There is no mobile internet in the room, there is probably WiFi, but I did not find it. The room itself is cozy and clean, there were towels and slippers, gel and disposable soap. Jellyfish were removed from the beach, those that vacationers threw ashore from the sea, so that you can swim more comfortably. The parking lot is very small, if you arrived last, then you need to put the car in the middle and you will be asked to rearrange the car a couple of times a day so that other vacationers can leave, which, in turn, will stand in a dissatisfied pose, wait with a spy look while you re-park. In general, there is something to work on, if you do not pay attention to these minuses, you can rest.

Good little hotel. The rooms are a little scoop, for the money I would like fresher furniture. But the room itself is spacious 2-room with a sea view. There is a veranda for evening gatherings. The pool is frankly for children, small, waist-deep water. The playground is a plus. There is an excellent cafe on site. Price/quality is decent. Umbrellas and sunbeds for hotel guests free of charge. The beach is small, but there is enough space for a comfortable stay. The parking lot is small, it is often possible that someone will block the exit of the car with their own. There are not many people in the hotel, so this is a small problem. The staff is friendly.
