A nice hotel in a quiet courtyard in the city center. The hosts are very pleasant and unobtrusive; they're basically absent, so you're completely on your own. The rooms have a large TV, air conditioning, a shower stall, and hot water. Slippers and all toiletries are provided, and there's a hairdryer downstairs. It's a 10-minute walk to the seaside, so if you enjoy an evening stroll around the city, this is the place for you.

Located in the very center, but the street is quiet and calm. To the beach a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay (air conditioning, TV, bathroom accessories, towels, kettle, hairdryer, iron ...) Very pleasant, polite hostess !!! Just darling !!! There are good restaurants, pubs, coffee shops nearby ... Would definitely recommend

An excellent Finnish sauna for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Very clean, cozy, comfortable. After the steam room, it's great to plunge into the cool pool, immediately a surge of strength and energy! Rejuvenation and a great boost of vivacity!) Super!) A pleasant bonus for us was aromatic herbal tea We liked it very much and we will recommend it to friends and acquaintances!

Just a great place. Everything has been done for the comfort of tourists. Upon check-in, the administrator Anastasia meets, immediately conducts a short excursion on how to get to, shows the number, if there are any questions, she will tell you everything. The room has everything you might need. I was very pleased with the folder in which the following are indicated: taxi numbers, where to go to eat, where to go for a walk, what to see (for me it's just a wonderful thing, because I use a taxi in Berdyansk often, but I keep forgetting the numbers). Most of all I was pleasantly surprised by this disposable slippers, in European hotels they are not provided everywhere, but here everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel. I have not experienced such delight from the service for a long time.

Great mini-hotel. For two nights the room here became My fortress, protecting Me from mosquitoes and heat, giving me comfort and coziness during a thunderstorm. All infrastructure in close proximity. Free parking for guests. Hospitable and friendly administrator Anastasia. The room has something like a guidebook with attractions, addresses of cafes, restaurants, a very handy thing. I can safely recommend it to other people.

We visited the sauna, and it was really clean! You have to pay in advance, which is logical. The steam room wasn't too hot at first, but after about 20 minutes, it was 100 degrees Celsius, and it warmed up. The pool was clean and had cold water, just what we needed! The large table easily accommodated about 10 people. The shower had a tub of cold water and two shower heads. The room had a TV and a radio. There were dishes, cups, a kettle, and glasses. There was a hairdryer on the shelf. The only thing missing was a bed or a sofa; I wanted to lie down after the steam room.
