We stayed at the Maxim Hotel a week ago. The hotel is close to the sea which is a plus. There is everything you need in the rooms. The settlement was not very impressive. As they say on the site, release is up to 12, check-in is up to two. As it turned out, the lack of maids settled at 15:00 only after the scandal. Although they registered and paid in advance. We were informed that our room would be washed first. But it wasn’t there (((. We arrived at half past seven and checked in at three. They gave the number not the one that was declared. They sent another photo to Viber. But that’s not all. There is no noise isolation. The doors are constantly groaning. Do wet cleaning is a plus.The downside is that they knock during lunchtime than wake up the child.Or worst of all, they come to clean when the owners are absent without agreeing with them.I think it would be more correct if vacationers leave the keys at the reception if they wish and it will say about the fact that they agree to wash the room in their absence.I will not stay in this hotel again.Not a holiday, but a complete hype.

We liked! Beautiful view from the balcony, reasonable price, near a shop, a cafe (although there is no children's menu), gazebos with barbecue facilities and everything you need. Wet cleaning in the room and change of towels every day, bed linen was changed on the 4th day. The room is very comfortable and bright!

We were only 24 hours, so I can't provide information about housekeeping. The room is clean, there is a kettle, cups, small spoons and glasses. Good sea view. Can be considered only as an overnight stay for 1-2 days. The food in the cafe is not very tasty, although it was highly recommended. For a triple room they paid 1200 UAH, and this is at the end of May. In the season, the cost of the room was said to be about 2500 UAH. So decide - to have or not to have.

The room was clean and big enough. There was a small fridge. The hotel is close to a beach but the beach is dirty and full with people. Would be better idea to go to further beaches.
