The worst service ever ! Receptionist is screaming at her coworker, takes 15 min per guest to check in , very rude to all guests. Room is spacious and clean . Mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. Elevator is not working. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Warning warning !!! Never ever visit this place !!! Better that you find for yourself a place under a bridge somewhere. Waitress have absolutely no idea from wat they are serving, warm beer and could food en tasteless. Yes I should stop otherwise… I,m travelling for more then eight years now in Ukraine and this is by far thé worst place where I ever have been. It’s a shame for Ukraine!!!

Had a cute, cozy room under the roof on the 5th floor. Excellent beds, very clean, everything we wanted. Had supper and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which I highly recommend. Had beef on the rib, Boiled potatoes and cabbage salad for supper, and crepes and coffee for breakfast. Our server, Nikita, did an excellent job. Loved it! We used the conference hall on the 2nd floor, perfectly adequate for our needs.

I liked the hotel very much. It is only 2 km far away center but a very nice place. The breakfast is ordinary but enough for us. We are staying at roof floor. A very exotic room. The staff of the hotel; the receptionists (especially Anastasia), cleaning and restaurant staff are very welcoming. If i have another chance to visit this city, i will stay at this hotel again because of these welcoming staff. Thank you Hermes. ( of course many things needs to be improved but when compared to daily price and other hotels, here is ok)

I think its the best hotel in Zhitomir. Cleanest for sure, everything is new and fresh, personal very friendly. Great selections for breakfast, we tried few other around this one is the best so far.

Zero soundproofing. If your neighbor's will decide to drink and chat until 5AM (laterally) you will have to "participate", no chance to sleep.
