The hotel and spa look pretty nice. BUT: the service is not good enough.
1. When we entered the room for the first time the floor was dirty
2. The prices in your room bar many may vary from those real. And that's just your fault you didn't know that ☺️
3. Restaurant may not have some ingredients from your breakfast. Noone will tell you that and will not offer anything instead.
4. The waiter may just forget you ordered green tea and bring you black one. You may also see that the menus are dirty and have have parts of food on its pages.
So what we thought would be a great rest turned out to be a great disappointment.
We will definitely not come here again.

Five stars for the price and amenities. A day at the spa will cost you three times less than in Kyiv, even taking into account fuel costs. It's an hour's drive from Kyiv. There's a nice pool with a small waterfall, a geyser, and several counter-current jets, a jacuzzi, and saunas. There's a huge salt room. Good Finnish and Russian saunas, conveniently located next to the cold plunge pool. The service is pleasant and attentive. There's a cozy restaurant right on the spa grounds. Cons: It needs updating and renovation (the soft chairs in the salt room are worn and not very clean, the mosaic tiles are peeling in some saunas, the jacuzzi and foot hydromassage didn't work, and the paint in the pool area is cracked and peeling in many places. The entire spa lacks a pleasant aroma, and the robes are very worn). This might even be a plus, but if you need anything, you can spend 20 minutes searching for staff.

The hotel is really cool. The interior is gorgeous, rooms are big and clean. Ours was with two windows and french balconies. In general, it is very quiet place.
SPA center is very big and provides multiple services. It has quite big water pool with gaiser, and air pump. Kids can jump into water, no one said we must not do this. All kids are just happy from jumping into water. Jacuzzi is nice. Hamam is very big, and there is another smaller one. There is a herbal sauna, russian and fin sauna. Salt cave. Many massage rooms.
The only issue, imho, is restaurant menu. There is quite small list of dishes, and some of them you cannot order in late hour. There is no kids menu at all. We did not see wine cart and other ordinary bar proposal, like cocktails or strong drinks.

The rooms are old, need repair so much. Furniture is broken. Breakfast its like worst case scenario no choice and in another building ;) Sauna is quite ok, but dirty place, some water entertainments are not working at all. Temperature in the swimming pooll about 10-15 degree by Celsius. Not recomended at all.

- strong smoke smell in the bathroom (in spite of no smoking policy...)
- no hair-dryer

- parking is private but without any gate
