We stopped here twice and everything was okay. The room a bit pricey as for Zhytomir - 780 UAH without balcony (I am comparing with tourist Bukovel, workdays in summer).
Prices in the restaurant are great and food is very tasty, but we were waiting for breakfast ~25 minutes and they forgot to give us included coffee.

Outwardly, and inside, it looks very attractive. But ... the TV did not work, the shower (in our room) did not stay in the fixture to be a shower. It can be seen that it was not cleaned well. No room slippers. Somehow it’s not comfortable to walk on the carpet in shoes ..... It’s a shame that they didn’t offer dinner. I had to ask. (I know that some kind of samet took place that day and the kitchen...

The hotel is elegant and tidy, but, since it is not located close to the city center, you need to have a car or to use a taxi, in order to move around the area.

Like everyone else in Zhitomir. The idea is excellent. Implementation ... so-so. In order not to build a separate access locker complex, you will be sent on a journey almost a kilometer long and several hundred steps up and down. Moreover, the steps of the hills. Came here to sleep, the room was okay, even tough there was a leak from the bathroom into the bedroom after the bath. The service was okay, even tough the administrator wasn't very nice.
Fun place for kids with pools and saunas for adults included. There is more than meets the eye and is worth a visit while in Zhytomyr.

Nice, clean, centrally located.
A mixed bag. Big rooms with good views from the upper floors. Inexpensive. Parking on street in front of hotel. However, we were overcharged and the breakfast was terrible. The plants in the corridor were desperate for water, the poor things...
I have stayed in this hotel some time ago. What really impressed at firt is how cheap it is. Very friendly and supportive staff. For the price I have payed certainly value for money. Central located and in walking distance from shops and restaurants. Will stay there again. Just don't expect more for what you paying.

I am staying at the hotel on February 20 on the way to Vorokhta. Traveling as a family with a 3 year old. The hotel is great! Our family room was wonderful: cozy, clean, bath amenities for everyone. The restaurant has delicious food, there is a menu for children. The staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant are friendly, professional :) everything is fine :)
A small fly in the ointment was a disco...
Stopped here on the way to the Carpathians. Were satisfied! Free covered parking is available on site. The room was clean and comfortable. Sleep comfortably (comfortable pillows, bed, mattress). Good soundproofing.
Good food, beer, room and amenities.
