Had a cute, cozy room under the roof on the 5th floor. Excellent beds, very clean, everything we wanted. Had supper and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which I highly recommend. Had beef on the rib, Boiled potatoes and cabbage salad for supper, and crepes and coffee for breakfast. Our server, Nikita, did an excellent job. Loved it! I liked the hotel very much. It is only 2 km far away center but a very nice place. The breakfast is ordinary but enough for us. We are staying at roof floor. A very exotic room. The staff of the hotel; the receptionists (especially Anastasia), cleaning and restaurant staff are very welcoming. If i have another chance to visit this city, i will stay at this hotel again because of these welcoming staff...

I think its the best hotel in Zhitomir. Cleanest for sure, everything is new and fresh, personal very friendly. Great selections for breakfast, we tried few other around this one is the best so far.

Five stars for the price and amenities. A day at the spa will cost you three times less than in Kyiv, even taking into account fuel costs. It's an hour's drive from Kyiv. There's a nice pool with a small waterfall, a geyser, and several counter-current jets, a jacuzzi, and saunas. There's a huge salt room. The hotel is really cool. The interior is gorgeous, rooms are big and clean. Ours was with two windows and french balconies. In general, it is very quiet place. SPA center is very big and provides multiple services. It has quite big water pool with gaiser, and air pump. Kids can jump into water, no one said we must not do this. All kids are just happy from jumping into water. Jacuzzi is nice. Hamam...

The hotel and spa look pretty nice. BUT: the service is not good enough. 1. When we entered the room for the first time the floor was dirty 2. I stay regularly. The rooms are excellent. The junior suite has everything: toilet, shower, air conditioning, space and cleanliness + breakfast is included in the price. Nice people! Clean room! Not far from the track but no noise is heard! The cafe is open 24 hours a day! Parking is large and guarded! There is a freight service station on the territory! We stopped here twice and everything was okay. The room a bit pricey as for Zhytomir - 780 UAH without balcony (I am comparing with tourist Bukovel, workdays in summer). Prices in the restaurant are great and food is very tasty, but we were waiting for breakfast ~25 minutes and they forgot to give us included coffee.

What a lovely hotel! Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a family room on the top floor which was amazing - the fridge and AC worked, and the shower was wonderful. The lady on reception didn't speak English and I only know a few words of Ukrainian but she couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was lovely too. This was a great hotel - one of our favourites...

Not in the center of the city. But you can pay with credit card, have a breakfast at 7.30. Awoid rooms ad ground floor. Mine was with noisy pump at toilet.

Reasonable hotel for reasonable prices. All a bit dark inside and this creates a challenge on the stairs as the sensors are a bit slow. Staff is very friendly and a decent breakfast is included in the price.

Super! Rested at the hotel for 2 days. I liked everything: the location, design and cleanliness. There is a kitchenette, it is convenient to drink fragrant coffee in the morning without taking off your pajamas. Very cozy, modern place. Grill bar nearby, delicious food. A nice place. Thoughtful, thematic design. The restaurant cooks quickly and tasty, the prices are reasonable. The two-room suite has nice furniture, themed framed photographs on the walls. The room has a bathroom: a shower without a cubicle, a toilet, two washbasins with mirrors. There is an entrance hall with a kitchen: a kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, dishes for three persons, a table...

Cozy hostel. It is convenient to spend the night on the road. Google maps do not always show the correct route - it is better to specify how to go. There are several decorative old planes nearby - very atmospheric. The roads are not audible and it is comfortable to sleep. We didn't have air conditioning in our room and it was stuffy. In general, I recommend it.

Hotel with good interior, comfortable beds. Despite on location (near airport) there are good sound isolation. Actually, airport does not working at the nights, there are almost no cars. It is far at 1.3 km from the road (and gas station). Restaurant nearby available. There are 2 showers for all guests and kitchen available. Shower, soap, flip flops, towels (3 per person) available. In the evening there was a banquet in the restaurant, but the music was turned off at 22.00 - it was convenient for us. Clean, comfortable, cozy, but the breakfasts stated in the advertisement are absent. The restaurant in the hotel is open from 11.00. Until then, breakfast will not work. You won't even drink coffee.

So comfortable for a pitstop stayover :)) The staffs are welcoming and highly recommended budget hotel for foreigners :))
