hotel DON in Zhytomyr

The pillows are smelly, the headboard is black and dirty from old age. The shower cabin is covered in mold, the carpet is dirty. The water is barely warm, it is impossible to warm up in the shower, it is hotter in the dormitory and hostel. There is a lot of dust in the room! It was not possible to connect to the Internet using the QR code. There is no refrigerator or air conditioner in the room. The sink is cracked, the toilet is broken. Parts of the decor on the wall are broken. The lock on the door is terrible, you need to make a lot of effort and ingenuity to close it! The view from the window is of the roofs of private sector houses and a small courtyard with a wall. The photo from the advertisement is old, now the situation there is worse. Cold, dark and uncomfortable room! It seems that the owner is not interested in providing decent conditions for his customers. The maid just turned out to be a nice woman. A thousand hryvnias per day is not worth it. I highly do not recommend this "hotel"!

It's hard to call it a hotel, it's more like a room for the night. The administration is blatantly lying, saying that the heating should be repaired by the evening, although in reality they don't turn it on at all, the rooms are very cold. Constant power outages (which is not surprising because in every room people are trying to warm themselves somehow with fans), the walls are like cardboard, you can hear everything. I'm not talking about "renovation" there, they don't even wipe the dust off the furniture before you check in. There are no room slippers (the floor is icy because there is no heating). If you, like me, expect to wash there, don't count on it, wash at home before your trip. The bathroom is in terrible condition, covered in mold, there is only shabby hand soap and pipe cleaner from cosmetics, don't count on the presence of at least one hairdryer in all rooms either. If the cost of the room was 500 UAH, I would agree to such conditions, maybe, but for 1000 UAH there should be at least basic things!!!! And not a single room shown in the photo corresponds to reality, it's just horrible! If you care about your health and mental state, avoid this place!

See the photo. The shower is sticky, I don't know what it is, it was disgusting to touch. It is impossible to step into the shower without your slippers, look at what is in the photo. There is garbage from previous guests under the bed. The noise insulation is very bad, there are cardboard walls.
I do not recommend it at all.
