The room this time I stay is quite bigger than my last stay, it was good. Down point would be the dirty kettle, really really dirty, hopefully it will get the deep clean. The hotel staff is alright, nothing stand out. Overall it was a good place to stay.

It's a very well-located hotel. It's right across from the train station The cleaning service is excellent. But I must complain about the fact that there are no bottled water, no slippers, no shower caps in the room for guests.

We booked this hotel for its location near to both the railway station and Utilita Arena and it was perfect. Staff friendly, breakfast included. One point to note re parking which isn’t free (you only get 15 mins free to check in) - parking is in the Grainger Town car park and cost us about £30 for less than 2 days. Double beds are quite small but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We have used this particular hotel a few times now the staff are always friendy and welcoming the rooms are always clean and tidy the beds are so so comfy it is true what the advert says you do get a good nights sleep the breakfast room does get a little busy but the staff cope well and there is always a warm welcome and we always find something to eat we will deffo be returning to holystone

Bathroom is worn, water damaged panels, some parts looks like they are in need of a urgent refurb. Great experience, starting from being accommodated upon our early arrival at the hotel. Our second floor room had great views down over Grey Street and the Grey Street Hotel was the perfect base for exploring this vibrant city. The room was spacious clean and lots of little extras like slippers bathrobes toothbrush and paste in little pack. Staff were very helpful friendly and courteous. Food was delicious I had slow braised beef stew and dumplings would highly recommend it. Would definitely stay again when in that area.

Fairly standard twin room. Décor and facilities a bit dated perhaps but clean and quite acceptable for one night stay or weekend away. Continental breakfast little more than bread and cereal. Busy local bar on ground floor. 10 minutes from nearest Metro or perhaps 25-30 from the city centre.

We needed a place to stay at short notice whilst we visited our daughter who lives very close to this hotel. The room was dated, and there was little water pressure in the shower but otherwise a good size and very well equipped.
