Beautiful hotel and lovely staff but the room cleanliness was not up to standard also having to pay £7 each extra to use pool etc was a surprise

An absolutely lovely stay I can’t honestly thank the hotel enough for the help they gave me during the stay.

Nice clean hotel ,excellent breakfast ,friendly staff but terrible bed very hard ,room to hot opened windows but noise from air con ducts on roof below kept us awake tv was always turning off itself room 332 third floor

What a perfect location for a flight from Newcastle.. The room was massive , beautiful bedding, fridge , kettle , coffee etc and a delicious complimentary cookie when we checked in. We ate in the Italian restaurant where the waiter and waitresses were so smiley and helpful. Wonderful service . We’ll be back for certain

I have stayed here a few times. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and perfect for the airport.

Room was very tired. This use to be a lovely hotel but now, from our recent experience, it’s very much fur coat and no knickers. Lovely reception bar and dinning areas but our room was definitely not what Hilton use to stand for. Our room was very very tired. Everything was perfectly fine — the breakfast was very tasty and well prepared, and an additional highlight was the beautiful view of the river, which made the morning truly special and enjoyable.

This was a great hotel and I LOVED the views from our corner "Townhouse" (essentially a large 1 bedroom apartment). I wish it had a microwave. Also those who walk around should note that riverside location means uphill walk to main town. Walking along the river was wonderful though.

The room was nice, the view was great, and the breakfast was good too. The only downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom, which was a bit awkward; a curtain would be a good idea. The location is a little inconvenient if you're walking the whole way without taking a taxi, but overall it was good!

Well what started as a bad experience was quickly sorted by the excellent staff. We won a nights stay at the INNSiDE Newcastle and on our way driving up we got a call from the PR agency saying there was a mis-communication and we actually had no room to stay in. The river view is beautiful, especially the scenery near the bridge in early autumn. The natural light is excellent, and the room is very comfortable; I didn't want to leave. Very slow check in Only one person at reception dealing with with check-ins, phone calls, staff etc. at the bar late in the evening when we returned for a drink after our meal no waiting staff ! We had to q and carry our drinks to the table.

It takes around 15 min to walk to the central station. Really excellent view beside the river. Very good soundproof and quiet. Good hot water. But there is no ventaliation in the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially Sam on reception. Went out of his way to help resolve an issue not related to hotel. Had dinner at hotel which was very nice and good value. The only downfall was the cooked breakfast was lukewarm, with bacon cold.

Great staff and clean room. Location was great, uphill to the main part of Newcastle. Close to trains and buses.

Arrived very early and asked if we could store our bag. The receptionist, who was friendly and efficient, allocated us a room right away. Great views over the river and the food from the restaurant was lovely. Within a short walk of the are arena, train station and shops. Will most certainly book again.

Heating not working the room is cold. When you take shower the water coming slow, drainage for water not going through. TV is old no apps you can't pair your devices. They need renovation on their room. The place is good but the hotel is too old

Great stay. Staff were super attentive!

Quiet location next to the river, the hotel seems old but everything was clean and fully functional, the rooms are huge. But when I asked for toothbrush , the staff told us we can get it from the vending machine in the hotel, but the vending machine was broken and seems like the staff didn’t know which was a bit disappointing.

Great location on Quayside. Decor looks little tired and overall atmosphere could be better.

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clear and the food was good. My only critisicm would be the Gym and Spa facilities. The poolside was dirty as people had used their outdoor footwear to walk into the pool. The gym equipment was very dated but functional.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, not much around it but Carter and Fitch restaurant on site. Lots of parking.

Lovely hotel. Was upgraded to a privilege room. The rooms are stunning. Balcony door for lovely fresh air and lovely view over the golf course.

Stayed at this hotel more times than I can remember. Home from home. Excellent food, friendly staff.

Everything was excellent apart from when we returned the bar was closed at 10.30 and couldn’t get a drink

The team here are extremely helpful and work hard for each other. The food is of a high standard. Will use this place whenever I’m in the area.

The staff were excellent, very attentive, breakfast was 1st class. Our room was fine but being so close to the bar/ resteraunt it was a bit noisy and often filled with a strong smell of cooking!

A great, friendly welcome at reception when I arrived. Ground floor rooms only, so no stairs to worry about. The room was clean and very quiet with comfortable beds and a lovely shower room, plus a TV. The food was plentiful and cooked very well. It was nice and hot when it arrived, and in no way expensive. A great stay, thank you.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. The accommodation is delightful, clean and comfortable. This is a very quiet and peaceful place which is not too far from the city center o Newcastle, a relatively short taxi ride and you are there. Definitely a place where we will return and we highly recommend Park Farm.
