Great stay as usual... Great location and friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Will definitely be back soon.
We spent an incredible anniversary weekend here! The executive suite was stunning and hands down the comfiest bed ever and a great sleep! Brilliant view of the Tyne too ? only issue was a very loud randy couple next door that physically made our lights and bed shake, But thankfully this didn't last too long. Overall great stay, perfect location and lovely staff. ❤️
In many ways this is just what you want from a city hotel, near the cultural Sage, next to the Baltic art centre AND next to the Quayside full of bars and restaurants. The bed comfortable, room big enough, toiletries and a good bath and shower. Reasonable price. Only criticism, just not quite enough attention to detail. There are parking spaces at the hotel, 8.50 for a ticket.
Does everything well without being brilliant. Don't know why it's a 4 star though, rooms were clean but basic in many ways. Good location.

Great central location, small but perfectly formed bedroom, modern yet comfortable, hassle free check in and relaxed hotel atmosphere
Very close to the central station. Friendly staff. Clean room. Tasty breakfast.
It certainly gets the job done as we were tired travellers in need of a good shower and bed. The staff are friendly and everything was super clean. Don't expect too much, but what let this place down was the bathroom. It was a wet room rather than just a shower. Water was everywhere, so just be careful and dry the floors or you could slip when you exit the bathroom
Very pleasant stay at the hotel. Received a free upgrade to the room, meaning the we had increased floor space. Comfy beds. Very spacious with friendly staff.
Very convenient for the city centre; just s couple of minutes walk from the train station. The room was basic and compact which was fine but not very well cleaned. The bed was comfy! The bathroom is a wet room (not my preference) and the shower soap dispenser was broken. That said, the price was very competitive and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The sleeperz is a modern, clean and friendly hotel with a great location. My husband and I have spent three nights four days here and we have been able to eat drink and shop within five minutes of the location. We will definitely come back.

Nice hotel great for Newcastle racecourse only a short walk. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the hotel and will stay again no problem.
Great value. Clean, comfy. Poor water pressure in the shower (4th floor room).
It was a great experience for us
Great hotel. Best services. Thanks.
A 60s style hotel, had a pretty good pint of Guinness and a fish finger sandwich, Guinness was good sandwich was no so. Did not eat anything else. Rooms are OK, but very thin walls
The hotel needs updating, staff friendly, the gym & pool we had to pay for, that was disappointing as we stayed 3 night, it was extra money we hadn't accounted for, we haven't had to pay to use them facilities in other hotels.

Very kind staff they allowed me to a late check out
It was fantastic experience, and with metro shopping centre 2 minutes walk away can't get any better
Lovely Hotel to go With families
Wonderful hotel, with lots of great facilities and a tasty buffet breakfast.
Convenient for a stop for the A1
Best bed ever! Very comfortable linens, mattress and pillows! Towels were a bit old but very clean! The swimming pool is just good… kind of cold but a little warm, but not enough! So it is not comfortable being on the jacuzzi at all… and every 5/7 minutes, have to get out of the water to restart the engine… Saunas and spa were really good! Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties that we don...

Fabulous stay at the innside...lovely friendly staff great location...breakfast was lovely lots of choice. Would definitely stay again. Rooms comfortable bed comfortable, immaculate. Very happy customer 😀
Staying here for our wedding anniversary. We have a townhouse suite with fantastic views over the Tyne. The room is so big and we got a great deal saving around £80. Highly recommend if you want to treat someone to a great holiday.
We decided to stay locally for my birthday celebration this year and I am so glad we did. We had an amazing stay here. For some reason every time I leave I am more tired than when I left and it is usually because I have not slept well. Not here! The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. What a difference. The pillows and even the bedding were not your typical hotel sheets they were home comfy. Our...
Loved it, stayed for one night. The views are stunning, the hotel is modern and the staff are very helpful and attentive. We also stopped for breakfast which was great value for money, everything you could think of available. Gino's restaurant was great for food.
Great hotel, fantastic staff. Nothing too much trouble, everyone so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. There is parking on site (at an extra cost) but spaces are limited. There is a pay and play car park nearby. The location is perfect for a stroll along the promenade or into town and the outdoor seating area is by the river. The restaurant is...

Only booked the room, no breakfast went to see a concert nearby. Very clean, tea & coffee provided Very quiet
A lovely hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised with a bathtub in my bathroom. It was a lovely surprise after a long day at work.
Recent two night stay in May 2018. Overall staff and hotel good. Room was a small double. Bathroom was very small and was difficult to get in and out of. I don't regard myself as a large person but door opened very close to wc. The bed itself was a small double and acceptable. The mattress was less impressive, in fact it was very poor resulting in two sleepiness nights. This impacted upon both of...
Nice location and very welcoming, friendly staff. Comfortable well appointed room. All amenities, including an iron & ironing board
Good price. Very very basic rooms. Good location. Very warm inside..very. good for an overnight or a weekend break.
Really friendly hotel in great location to explore Newcastle. Our room (an accessible room with wetroom) was slightly dated and maybe a bit tired looking. There was also a little noise from the streets during the night, but not surprising considering the fact that it's directly opposite the station and on the doorstep of the fantastic nightlife that the city has to offer. I'd highly recommend this...

Overnight stay at the Dene hotel whilst visiting friends in the area. The location is good, in Jesmond but far enough away from Osbourne road to avoid the late night Saturday noise! The room I stayed in was on the top floor and the main Room was dated but clean. Comfortable bed. The bathroom appeared more recently refurbished so was in a better condition, but the shower was not the best design with...
Lovely hotel, did everything it needed to and was top value for money. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Id recommend to anyone staying up in Newcastle for leisure or business. Only a 12 minute average pace walk to West Jesmond metro station which is 2 stops from the city centre and is cheap to use!
Fantastic budget hotel the staff were really nice and very helpful the room was lovely and the bed very comfortable , the bathroom was very clean and bright. The Caspian Turkish restaurant next door which could be entered through reception of the Dene Hotel was very handy too, I enjoyed the Chicken Dolman the Turkish waitress was very friendly My husband and myself will be returning again in the near...
We arrived after midnight and were greeted on arrival by attentive staff. The single rooms are small, but pleasant and great value and mine had a lovely new shower suite although my friend's wasn't as new and nice. Breakfast was good including hot food that arrived promptly. The hotel had a lingering smokey smell that was difficult to locate (it didn't appear to come from the kitchen, perhaps guests...

Room was a good size, good facilities inside the room, lovely bathroom, beds comfortable, nice peaceful quiet night sleep, breakfast was nice and tasty with a wide variety of food. Overall a lovely hotel.
The room was fantastic, bed super really comfortable. Nice and clean.
Went for a Motown night last week. The food was disappointing and had no alternatives other than the vegetarian option so if you have any dietary issues it can be a problem. The menu was not given when booking so could not ask for an alternative in advance. The DJ was not the best and music was not in keeping with the theme. The singers (3 fellas in sequin jackets) were ok but started off the night...
The golf course itself is fantastic. Beautifully laid out and a chance to use the shop half way round. The staff there are friendly and very helpful with a wide range of clothing, footwear, equipment and refreshments. The driving range is state of the art and has a great pitch & put 9 hole course. It's also child friendly ?
Stayed as overnight guest on accommodation, dinner and breakfast deal. Ample parking, comfortable large room, friendly and helpful staff. Nice gym and pool facilities if a little small. Evening meal at the grill bar, very tasty food using good produce. Breakfast was buffet, it was okay but produce used could be better. Overall well priced and presented. Would definitely stay again. Well done.
Visited as a new member of the gym and spa. Very compact and well equipped gym which was quiet and relaxing. Afterwards we relaxed in the pool sauna and steam room. Very good value for money with informative staff.

Nice hotel great location reception staff variable one was great the other not helpful at all. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable for an airport hotel would stay again.
I was searching for a hotel for the Newcastle United trophy parade. All the hotels in the city centre were charging £200+ per night. I booked the Hilton for £100 including breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant had a great choice of gluten free food. I would stay here again
This was our 3rd stay in this fabulous hotel, nothing too much trouble reception staff great when we wanted to check in early, we left bags in their care and came back later on to collect & check into our luxurious King Room. Lovely comfy bed and everything we needed. Ordered an Omlette for breakfast which was included in our rate, was the best Omlette I've ever had so complements to the chef for that...
Perfect for the airport short walk to the terminal. Really comfy bed and pillows. TV could be updated to have Netflix etc.
Great service, staff Very pleasant and helpful, loved the warm cookie on checkin, room very clean, nice soft towels and toiletries, breakfast was delicious with a good selection. Great location on airport site. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The room this time I stay is quite bigger than my last stay, it was good. Down point would be the dirty kettle, really really dirty, hopefully it will get the deep clean. The hotel staff is alright, nothing stand out. Overall it was a good place to stay.
Great stay… Very warm and friendly welcome and check in process…staff are a credit to you….. room was large, clean and comfortable… I was there for one night only and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
I enjoyed my stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Newcastle-Gateshead. The customer service was top notch, the room sparkling neat, and very spacious. The staff quite friendly and welcoming. The environment, serene and peaceful. I definitely commend them as well as recommend them.
Stayed for 1 night chose the hotel for the location and car park which were both good. It is around a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Newcastle but that is uphill. Check in/out was easy staff were polite friendly. Room was clean a good size. Would stay here again.
Good location with parking and easy to find travelling from the South. Good evening menu and friendly staff. Good location for the river and Millennium Bridge.
Good location no enough amenities bad customers service..

Excellent staff. Always there to help. Great location
Lovely place. Not £150/night lovely, as we paid but still very nice. Road was closed for a road race we didn't know about and reception staff were also unaware. Given its a 70 year old race, you'd think they would have knowledge of it? Parking is a bit of a nightmare for it too, but the room itself was very pleasant. 5 * for the excellent shower though!
Great hotel born out of a classic English church , comfortable rooms , great amenties and walking distance to town around the corner from the castle and cathedral , do note this is on the highest point of the city so not really suitable for the unfit
Lovely room, lovely bed and bedding. Great location and friendly staff
Room was lovely, staff polite and friendly. Great location

Staff were great and so friendly Bar and restaurant were great with outstanding food
The location is fabulous and near to family living in the area. The Staff were exceptional, excellent customer service made me feel very welcome, very attentive and caring. The food in the Restaurant was of a high quality and arrived at the table within 15 minutes of us being seated, well presented and hot.
Room good. Very good for disabled Access as rooms are ground floor. You can park outside your room. I would say room checks on radiator in winter as our was switched off.
Wonderful hotel. The manager kept a steady flow of a honey lemon and ginger drink for my sore throat!. Lunch was tasty. Staff were great
A nice hotel, however having the porch light on all night made it very hard to sleep and the idea of having the rooms attached to an atrium is nice... Providing your fellow guests are respectful during the night. Other than a few issues it was a respectable and nice hotel
Lovely location and well placed for traveling round the area. This is my 3rd stay and the level of service is always consistent, as is the friendliness of the staff. Spacious rooms and a large comfy bed make for a relaxing stay.

Best I can say is,it is somewhere to lay your head for the night. It is perfect if you or a family member have a flight from Newcastle as long as youre not concerned about cleanliness.the bath and toilet weren't the cleanest with the tile grouting being full of dark spots. The decor is dated in this hotel dark and tired looking really needs a freshen up.Staff look and act like they dont want to be there...
Perfect for early morning flight .Price was very reasonable Nice clean spacious room , only complaint, the pillows were like bricks Would stay again purely for the convenience
While I couldn’t fault the staff and service the hotel is very much in need of updating. Dated and aged floor covering and furniture has the appearance of drab and a bit dingy. However, as far as value for money I couldn’t complain. It was a convenient place to stay. Bedding was clean as were towels. Friendly staff.
The hotel is very dated, and the ground floor smelled moist. We requested to change the room to 1st floor due to the air quality and staff was helpful. Parking is spacious and I was charged £5 for the stay.
I understand that the hotel has been renovated. I just cannot understand why there were so many bad reviews. I found it perfectly nice for an airport hotel especially. The price fluctuated wildly but on the day when I was arriving, the price reached its lowest since I have been monitoring it. By foot it's opposite the terminal and slightly to the right.
