Booked a last minute room and the hotel was full. Rooms were luxurious and bedding was top quality. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and the buffet breakfast was nice
Beautiful surroundings, excellent service.
Decent hotel in central belfast a lot of people don’t know this but at one point it was one of the most bombed hotels in the world during the 1970s / 90s troubles in northern Ireland thats a long time ago now though and Belfast is peaceful these days
Beautiful hotel and lovely staff and amazing breakfast
We stayed in the hotel as it was near to the bus station. The room was very clean and tidy with everything we needed. We were on the 11th floor but had no view as the window looked onto a high brick wall. Staff were pleasant and it was fine for a single night say especially as we arrived around 8pm and left the following morning at 10am

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station in downtown Belfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There is several pubs located across the street. The hotel piano bar was very nice. I would recommend a view facing the street from the front of the hotel.
Parking is maybe 200 meters opposite the hotel. Need to pay £14 for my 1 day stay there as carpark fees. So we need to validate the parking ticket everytime we go out.
Was able to walk to some attractions nearby as well as Victoria Square to do some shopping and had a meal.
decent hotel to stay in belfast
The location is quite convenient
My second stay here since December 2025 & would now be my go to hotel. Location is perfect for a nice walk into into the city centre, not too far but also very convenient for the airport bus from/to Grand Central Station.
Stayed in a twin this time with my young adults son, great open plan reception/bar/coffee/food area. Was having for him as he was able to use the area late at night for Uni work...
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Belfast
I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and...
Very good location and easy access to attractions and restaurants. Good service and value for money!
The hotel location is great, very close to the station, just a five-minute walk. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large and clean. Highly recommended! The front desk staff are friendly.

Excellent location, near city centre, very convenient place
Great location for business travel in the city.
Will be staying again.
I was able to check in before 12 PM, which was really convenient. The location is excellent, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't crowded at all, and it was a classic British breakfast with all the usual offerings. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything.
The hotel seems to be purely business-oriented, with simple facilities. The best part is its location; it's very close to the City Hall. We booked a day trip to the Giant's Causeway, and the meeting point was on the west side of the City Hall in the morning, so we weren't in a rush. It's also very close to Grand Central Station, making it very convenient to take a bus to Dublin.
Great experience! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location, with many good restaurants nearby. The sights around the city hall are easily accessible on foot. The room was spacious enough to accommodate three suitcases, and the continental breakfast was generous. There's no parking available, so you'll need to follow the parking map provided by the front desk. Parking is also very close to the hotel and costs 22 euros per day...

The hotel was very good with very good services. The staff was very friendly.
Very comfortable room with comfortable bed nice clean soft sheets great shower.
Bar area is nice.
Excellent stay. Will definitely stay again
This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay.
However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately...
Upon arriving to the hotel we were greeted by lovely staff. But that is about the only thing that went right.
The room number had a lot of dust, which means that it was either not vacuumed properly or even at all.
Furthermore, we stayed in the hotel for five nights, and not a single time were our bedsheets changed. Which is very upsetting, I wash myself every day and then have to go to a dusty bed...
Location is perfect for Gatwick flights. The elevation is a joke and its at times confusing
Great overnight stay in Hilton Belfast - gorgeous and super clean hotel and staff were all incredibly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much for them. Good location, and taxi drop off at the front was handy. Stayed in a river view room and the view over Belfast was lovely.
Booked an executive room and from check in everything was great. Our room was on the 12th floor very comfortable bed and pillows. Executive lounge was a lovely experience the food was very good nice selection too. Staff were very friendly and professional throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Food was decent, the location is nice and there is a train station nearby.
Room service timing is a bit strange, as cleaning is done from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On two occasions, they came to clean right around 5 p.m.
There is also an option to order food to the room. Staff is friendly and helpful and gave us some advice on places to visit.
1 of the initial rooms given had a really bad smell upon opening the dooe, which makes me question how efficient the cleaning staff is. Also did not meet the usual high standards of the Hilton.
Apart from this, customer service and facilites in the rooms were excellent
The only good thing was the location. It was in close proximity to the train station and central Belfast. The cleanliness of the breakfast service and rooms were poor (see pictures). There was lots of hair and eyelashes in the sheets and I eventually put towels on the bed in order to sleep. Might be the dirtiest bed I've seen in a hotel. The hotel is pretty new on the inside so the toilets are great...
Lovely hotel, very happy with my stay. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was of good quality

Fantastic hotel, nice clean room, staff were excellant, facilities among the best I've seen, Absolutely loved staying at this hotel, will definitely return.
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night as we had come to Belfast for a friend’s birthday, and honestly, it was perfect. The staff were great, and the room was spacious and beautiful. It also helped that the hotel is just opposite the Titanic Experience, which we visited before checking in. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.
Amazing stay.
The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Really really lovely staff members, everyone we encountered had time to stop and chat to us. Check in was really easy and smooth, we had left our bags earlier in the day which had already been taken up to our room for us, which is a lovely touch. Our room was really clean, and...
Room was spotless. Staff are amazing st the titanic. They really make you feel very welcoming.
Staff were brilliant, welcoming and friendly. The bar staff were attentive.
Rooms were perfect.
Staff at reception and bar were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean but bathroom was dirty on corners. Same as bathroom near restaurant seat dirty and not clean in corners.... Room was cold and fan noisy. We didn't like the fact that there was no lock system on windows. Room was spacious and nicely decorate. Food (breakfast and lunch) were poor. Sub quality products

A beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Thanks guys for a great stay!
Really amazing hotel, with really friendly staff. They really wanted to make you feel at home. From check in to check out the whole hotel, where all so helpful and wanted to assist in any way they can.
Have to give a shout to Phil from the front desk, he was extremely helpful and professional. He also wanted to help in any way shape or form, definitely think he is the next General Manager for the...
It was extremely hot in the Ballroom when the Irish dancing feis was on. Also there was no refrigerator in our room. It was very comfortable.
My daughter and I went for afternoon tea today Saturday. Everything perfect, food delicious, and plentiful. All staff very polite and professional from we went through the door until leaving. Got seated beside the wood stove which we appreciated on this chilly day. General manager Eamon came to check that everything was to our satisfaction, we praised the way everyone looked after us, and he spent...
My mother and father visited this Saturday passed and haven't stopped raving about the afternoon tea service since! They had a chat with the very accomodating manager Eamonn and felt incredibly welcomed by him and all the staff.
They have had many afternoon tea experiences over the years and have rated yours the best! High praise indeed!
We have just had the best carvery dining experience. After being to a few carvery lunches very recently, there is absolutely no comparison in value, flavour, or choice of food. The professionalism of all the staff has to be commended too. As we were warmly greeted and welcomed to our table, Ethan explained the details of the carvery to us. The choice of starters was excellent, followed by artisan bread...
Nice room with a comfortable bed, and a great bathroom/hot shower. Very clean. Could use more storage for clothes, etc. Not great scenery but not a big deal. Everyone who works at the Bullitt was super helpful and friendly.
Great atmosphere and layout of bars etc our room a little small and against wall but comfy and clean. Large screen and chromecast etc tea coffee too. 8/10 size really.
Check-in at reception was excellent. They offered an email alert for when the room was ready. This worked really well.
The room was perfectly acceptable, with all the amenities required. The walk-in shower was huge and the temperature and flow were perfect.
Clean big room ... very comfortable bed ... great location .. staff were amazing
The Bullitt was the perfect location for a 5 night stay for a conference in the Titanic district at the end of our Ireland vacation. I could easily walk to the conference venue and it was central to shopping, restaurants and bars.
The hotel itself was great; the lobby/restaurant area was warm and inviting and has a great vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the...
100% recommend, wont be disappointed

Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds and great bar with amazing food. Highly recommend when you want to stay in Belfast!
Absolutely fabulous stay everyone so kind helpful thank u for looking after us❤️
Great location.
Great check in staff at reception (Spanish/Latino man, sorry I missed your name)
But room walls are thin - can easily hear corridor or neighbors especialy if they are drunk at night
The room was not great. However, it was a pet friendly room so that could have been the reason. Staff were very good, however, the payment said it didn’t go through on their system, but when checking our bank account, it had been taken.
Close to the local facilities, shops, bars, etc
Nice restaurant on site with good choice of food on the menu.
Bath in room with toiletries included.
Room is lovely, staff so lovely. But room was way to warm we didn’t sleep well. Windows didn’t open so we couldn’t get air in
Confortable but not luxurious. Big bed, couch, small breakfast table, well equipped kitchen area. Fresh milk tea bags, instant coffee sachets, towels, toiletries all provided. Staff friendly and really helpful, fairly central, good restaurants and bars nearby. Excellent value for money. Hangers and rail, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, big TV. Air con a bit noisy but hotel was quiet.
Would go again
We were welcomed at reception by one of the friendliest receptionist we have ever met, Aimee or Emma was her name. Nothing was too much trouble for her from checking in to where to go for good food and entertainment, and inquired the next morning on how things went. The hotel is in a great location, comfortable and spacious rooms , have booked to return in April. The only thing we would say was missing...
Staff were lovely and super helpful. Room is stylish with original parquet flooring; little kitchenette is perfect for making your own food if you don't want to go out. Room was spotless and the location is excellent. I genuinely could not fault it. I even loved the stairwell ;) . One small improvement would be the wifi, which wasn't the best and may need a booster but certainly not enough to reduce...
Perfect stay, the room were nice - spacious, and the shower was amazing! It was close to the city center. Totally recommend staying here😁
Loved it so much I came back. I am Belfast resident and I am currently renovating my house and having to stay in temporary accommodation. The Flint is an excellent place to stay. It’s really central with access to nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are really beautifully appointed and are warm with great amenities. You get a little apartment with a bed bedroom and little kitchen facility and it...
Room was spotless, milk was left for us for coffee which was a nice touch, staff extremely helpful and friendly, in a good central location! One of the best places to stay in Belfast
Belfast, 60 Eglantine Avenue (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Food good
Service of staff good
Disappointed that room booked (executive room) was nor what I was given with staff saying rooms had to be reallocated before my arrival. Reception said my room was comparable with that booked. I find this behaviour unacceptable as I was not offered any refund or credit for next stay.
Happy to clarify further.
My family booked us a five day break at The Harrison. From the moment we arrived Christine greeted us and said she would spoil us and she certainly lived up to her word. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a quirky decor. We enjoyed the live music in the evening. We were certainly looked after as promised, we cannot praise the hotel and staff high enough. We hope...
The Malone Hotel in Belfast offers newly renovated, large, and modern rooms that are very comfortable and stylish. The self-service breakfast is good with decent variety, and it's within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants along Malone Road and nearby areas. However, while the description mentioned free parking, it's actually 10 GBP per night, which was disappointing; we also had a room close...
Great location and a great hotel filled with eclectic decor and real character. I did notice some reviews complaining about the quirkiness; my advice is that if you want predictable and corporate, don't stay here and book a bland chain instead.
The staff at the Harrison are what really makes the difference. I only stayed one night and unfortunately felt very ill so had to stay in my room, but they...

Second time staying at the house...
Lovely house... everything you need and great location. Ruth the owner can't do enough for you... always available if you need anything. Will be back again!!
Great solution for midweek business trip. High quality accommodation without the hassle. Breakfast as you need it as a busy person on the road. No check in or check out and well maintained and cleaned by day staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Beautifully decorated and modern room with great cleanliness. Very reasonable price and a great continental breakfast. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROOM 11 from the Warren Collection. Some of the bigger companies could learn a thing or two from you. Great job!
Stayed there a week ago. Lovely, lovely owner and staff. Flawless, trendy decor. Fabulous beds. Breakfast was delicious. Convenient to the center, quiet. Overall a fabulous place to stay.
Great stay! The rooms are not big but good enough for some nights. The hotel is very close to the botanical garden and 20 minutes walk to the city center. The service is great and the breakfast was very good and a pleasant surprise.
I stayed here with 5 friends and we couldn't recommend it more. Dave and the staff were so friendly, they are welcoming but if you have any questions they are attentive and helpful. The rooms were brand new too and the location is great. Would definitely recommend.
