Decent hotel in central belfast a lot of people don’t know this but at one point it was one of the most bombed hotels in the world during the 1970s / 90s troubles in northern Ireland thats a long time ago now though and Belfast is peaceful these days

We stayed in the hotel as it was near to the bus station. The room was very clean and tidy with everything we needed. We were on the 11th floor but had no view as the window looked onto a high brick wall. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station in downtown Belfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There is several pubs located across the street. The hotel piano bar was very nice. I would recommend a view facing the street from the front of the hotel.

Parking is maybe 200 meters opposite the hotel. Need to pay £14 for my 1 day stay there as carpark fees. So we need to validate the parking ticket everytime we go out. Was able to walk to some attractions nearby as well as Victoria Square to do some shopping and had a meal.

I was able to check in before 12 PM, which was really convenient. The location is excellent, and the bed in the room was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't crowded at all, and it was a classic British breakfast with all the usual offerings. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything.

The hotel seems to be purely business-oriented, with simple facilities. The best part is its location; it's very close to the City Hall. We booked a day trip to the Giant's Causeway, and the meeting point was on the west side of the City Hall in the morning, so we weren't in a rush. It's also very close to Grand Central Station, making it very convenient to take a bus to Dublin.

Great overnight stay in Hilton Belfast - gorgeous and super clean hotel and staff were all incredibly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much for them. Good location, and taxi drop off at the front was handy. Stayed in a river view room and the view over Belfast was lovely.

Booked an executive room and from check in everything was great. Our room was on the 12th floor very comfortable bed and pillows. Executive lounge was a lovely experience the food was very good nice selection too. Staff were very friendly and professional throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Food was decent, the location is nice and there is a train station nearby. Room service timing is a bit strange, as cleaning is done from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On two occasions, they came to clean right around 5 p.m. There is also an option to order food to the room. Staff is friendly and helpful and gave us some advice on places to visit.

1 of the initial rooms given had a really bad smell upon opening the dooe, which makes me question how efficient the cleaning staff is. Also did not meet the usual high standards of the Hilton. Apart from this, customer service and facilites in the rooms were excellent

The only good thing was the location. It was in close proximity to the train station and central Belfast. The cleanliness of the breakfast service and rooms were poor (see pictures). There was lots of hair and eyelashes in the sheets and I eventually put towels on the bed in order to sleep. Might be the dirtiest bed I've seen in a hotel. The only advantage of the hotel is that it is in a good location and convenient for travel. I am not satisfied with the room. It uses some high-tech technologies, such as the toilet door automatically closes and opens when it is touched, but we feel that it is noisy at night, so we specifically asked the front desk staff to help us cancel this function. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Belfast city center. Friendly staff, clean room with an excellent view. Currently one of the better places to stay at in the area. Only issue was not being able to park in the hotel which was booked up, but they do offer a discount for a parking space across the street. Will stay here again.

Upon arriving to the hotel we were greeted by lovely staff. But that is about the only thing that went right. The room number had a lot of dust, which means that it was either not vacuumed properly or even at all. Furthermore, we stayed in the hotel for five nights, and not a single time were our bedsheets changed. Which is very upsetting, I wash myself every day and then have to go to a dusty bed...

For those traveling by car, this is an absolutely superb option. The rooms are generously sized, and the amenities are excellent.

Great for business trips. The location is super convenient, with lots of Chinese restaurants nearby, so finding a good meal was never an issue. The hotel itself is decent, not run down at all. Perfectly fine for a business stay. Thumbs up!

This hotel is in a good location. It is close to Queen’s University, the Ulster Museum and many local restaurants. Transport is also convenient with bus and train stops nearby. The room was nice- clean and functional. Staff were all very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of high quality options. I would choose this hotel again if staying in Belfast.

Stayed overnight for an early morning training course held in the hotel It's a good 20 minute walk from the Grand Central Station but on a nice day a chance to see Belfast's street life. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night as we had come to Belfast for a friend’s birthday, and honestly, it was perfect. The staff were great, and the room was spacious and beautiful. The room was not great. However, it was a pet friendly room so that could have been the reason. Staff were very good, however, the payment said it didn’t go through on their system, but when checking our bank account, it had been taken.

Great location and friendly front desk staff. They kindly provided an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer upon request. The room was clean, though tiny. I really missed having a kettle or even just a water dispenser with hot water. Also, the Wi-Fi was very poor.
