Belfast, 106 University Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is in a good location. It is close to Queen’s University, the Ulster Museum and many local restaurants. Transport is also convenient with bus and train stops nearby. The room was nice- clean and functional. Staff were all very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of high quality options. I would choose this hotel again if staying in Belfast.
Staff was extra friendly and very accomodating. Breakfast was nice as well! We definitely enjoyed our stay!
The hotel was quite clean, and the staff were very welcoming. It's about a 20-minute journey from the city center.
Good location. Perfect for short staycation. Will be back again!
Nice hotel nice room and nice breakfast , highly recommend for everyone at Belfast

Stayed overnight for an early morning training course held in the hotel It's a good 20 minute walk from the Grand Central Station but on a nice day a chance to see Belfast's street life. Room tidy and comfortable especially the bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Amenities really good and breakfast was smashing. I would certainly stay there again.
Fantastic value for money, great rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, brilliant location
Good location for trip and good weather for chilling.
We arrived early wanting to leave our bags but luckily our room was ready. Room was clean just maybe a few things in the bathroom like a bit of limescale on the pipes nothing big. We had food in the restaurant food was lovely service was good especially one of the ladies who had a lovely way with her. Seen her again at breakfast. Only issue we had was at 2am the room next door where very loud and...
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were a bit hot but they provided us with a fan which was very helpful. Great location. Close to pubs and shopping. Good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.
The room was specious and clean but no parking for the Hotel. Amenities like Toothbrush and Toothpaste were not there. The room was hot inspite of heater switched off.

While the hotel benefits from an excellent location with convenient access to the city centre, and the rooms themselves are of good standard, the overall guest experience was significantly undermined by serious service shortcomings. Although the absence of room service is understandable, the complete lack of housekeeping support was not. Despite repeated requests and reminders, no room cleaning was...
Was a great place that was central to everything. Had a blast staying there
Everything was good, WiFi worked perfect.
Really great stay at this hotel - short but definitely recommend! The hotel is really modern and is very central. Belfast is extremely walkable and we loved our time here. Reception team were very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable room in a good location for the city centre and bus station. Lobby was nice enough to sit in, and the staff reasonably attentive.

Nice hotel, located 5 minutes walk from grand central station. Excellent buffet breakfast  Only negative was a flashing green light down low beside locker! Flashed all night long
service was good food limited and not very good
Hotel was nice and staff very friendly, room was nice but the pillows in the room need improved very uncomfortable
Housekeeping shows up at 5.30 pm on the first day while we were napping .We had ti send them away. Second day, they came and made the bed but didn't vacumn and clean the floor . It was dirty

Great for business trips. The location is super convenient, with lots of Chinese restaurants nearby, so finding a good meal was never an issue. The hotel itself is decent, not run down at all. Perfectly fine for a business stay. Thumbs up!

Convenient location, but the room facilities are too basic. There wasn't even a cup, and the heating was insufficient.
Central location close to the cityhall, staff are helpful. But need to pay £5 for baggage storage.
Great location and friendly front desk staff. They kindly provided an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer upon request. The room was clean, though tiny. I really missed having a kettle or even just a water dispenser with hot water. Also, the Wi-Fi was very poor.
Centrally located in Belfast, it's super convenient for getting around and offers excellent value for money. City Hall is right next door and you can visit it for free. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby with a wide variety of choices.
It's super convenient – just a 600m walk from where the airport bus drops you off. The hotel has all the basic amenities and is very clean. The front desk staff were really friendly; we arrived early and they even let us check in ahead of time. Just a heads-up, it rains a lot in Northern Ireland and it's often too windy for an umbrella, so if you're out sightseeing, definitely wear a good windbreaker...
Overall, it's pretty good, but the wooden floors meant I could constantly hear people walking around upstairs, which really disturbed my sleep! The front desk was quick to address the issue after I reported it, so kudos to them. The hotel's location is also great.

Central location just not the cleanest in the hall ways and smells funny but the room was alright
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was near food and markets and not far from the Botanic train station. I'd stay there again!
It was good but would be good to have a small fridge to keep stuff cold and refrigerated but apart from that it was a nice stay
The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The room was also quiet.
Great location to cafes and main attractions. Nice and quiet room. Free street parking.

I just wanted to highlight the exceptional service from Caroline. My parents had a stay booked and unfortunately my father took unwell. They contacted the day before to try rearrange and Caroline was extremely accommodating which they both really appreciated. Fantastic customer service on how Caroline dealt with this query and this will ensure my parents continue to return to Benedict's which they...
Everything was good, nice clean hotel, quiet and relaxed. Staff really friendly.
Excellent customer service at front desk and at breakfast.
Great location. The bar was great. Only issue for me was the smoking on the patio. As a non smokers we were unable to use the beautiful patio because of the amount of smokers
The front desk staff at House Hotel Belfast was extremely helpful and friendly. Easily our best experience with hotel staff during our 2 weeks in Ireland. The area has many options for dining and is a short walk from Queens University and botanical gardens as well as the local transit train with easy access to the airport.
The property needs to be updated. The lobby is in awful shape. They ran out of hand soap for the rooms. The safes in the hotel no longer work. No face cloths for the bathroom. No air conditioning in the hotel. I asked to leave after the first night and could but no refund! I would definitely not stay there again. Staff was very nice.

Negatives: There were blood stains on our sheets and bedding. There was a QR code on the table that brings you to a support chat with the hotel. We messaged them about this but got no response, and still haven’t 2 days later. We went downstairs to ask the hotel bar staff for new sheets and they were provided to us but we had to change them ourselves. The room description said there was a city view...
Worth booking. Highly recommended
The room was spacious, but the bar downstairs was a bit noisy.
Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into...
My room was lovely, very inviting and pleasant, especially the bay window with a bean bag was a nice touch. Excellent customer service  with a complimentary drink for using the self check service. Thank you I will definitely visit again 😁😁😁😁

Only gave for stars because EV charger was broken! Not great as I was coming from Dublin. But over all lovely. Thank you Ivanhoe
Attended a wedding there yesterday. I’d never been in the hotel before. It was really well decorated for Christmas plus the decor was top drawer. The meal and food in the evening was the best I’ve had at any wedding venue in NI. The staff were friendly and good banter and looked after everyone all day. Well done and thank you
Just had our wedding here and could not be happier. The team were amazing & made the day perfect. All our guests has only good things to say from the service to the food. Rooms were fab too, spotless. Thanks again for making the day one to remember. Above and beyond..thank you!
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were so beautifully decorated and a great size and very comfortable. The food in the Bistro and bar were also a very high standard and a menu suitable for everyone.
Staff were fantatastic- friendly and obliging both in restaurant and reception.

TL;DR: Botanic Rest B&B in Belfast is a well-located budget stay with comfy beds but thin walls, warm rooms, and some minor quirks. Botanic Rest B&B was an adequate budget accommodation with a great location. It’s close to public transport, surrounded by food and shops, and within easy walking distance to downtown and the bus station. The bed was comfortable enough, but the room stayed overly warm...
Location good for us, room was a little small and more space for bags/clothes and hanging of towels would've been beneficial. It was clean, we loved the shower (pressure great and heat was perfect).
I loved staying here! The view was lovely and the beds were very comfy. The bathrooms were clean and there is a desk with a kettle, tea and coffee. If you are looking for dinner there is a restaurant right next door, breakfast is self service and there are lots of options for breakfast. The staff and receptionist were very friendly, would recommend!
My Husband, Myself & my friend stayed in a triple room (en suite) 11th to 14th July. Room was fine. En-suite was tiny. Had to shower with 1 hand as shower head would not stay put. Had no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Had to go downstairs into a communal room which had a kettle & a microwave but when you consider that there were at least 40 rooms in the hotel it wasn...

Anyone actually looking at this needs to know that The Old Bank hasn't been a hotel in a LONG time; it's a hostel and a crash hostel at that. You shouldn't be looking here unless you actually NEED the place, and even then, you may have to be referred.
Of all the places I stayed over 2 years, old bank is probably the best in terms of dignity and kindness. Claire genuinely cares about people which is rare in temporary accommodation/hostels. Laura is lovely, the staff go beyond what is expected of them. I didn't want to leave.
I was there for about 2 weeks the staff are were very professional and more than welling too help me out if I had and issues or needs, there is a bus stop right outside about 3 seconds from the front door that’s will into the city , very handy indeed , I would recommend tho old bank to anyone who is going to stay in Belfast Many thanks to Claire, Eugene, and the rest of the staff and also the residence...
BASIC BUT PERFECT 📍💯 I read old reviews from here but thought I’d make my own judgment and I’m glad I picked here. I’ve stayed in five stars that couldn’t even deliver a clean room. The old bank was a fantastic stay and extremely clean, bathroom, towels, sheets spotless clean, great shower pressure and hot water - you just need to figure out how to adjust the shower nozzles to get the perfect temperature...

Easily accessible via public transport with a Glider stop right outside. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. There is no staff on site and because it's right on the main road, the environment is extremely noisy and difficult too sleep. Basic amenities in the washroom weren't provided, such as hand soap and shampoo. No parking available with on-street parking doesn't guarantee a spot.
Everything is fine. bus stop and many shops nearby. Purely. Friendly hostess. The room for three is a bit cramped. Well, the problem with all bed and breakfasts is the lack of soundproofing. In the presence of other noisy guests, you will wake up in the middle of the night. but you might be lucky with quiet neighbors. Breakfast is good + ability to cook
Nice B&B, a little noisy due to the proximity of the road but perfect for a stay in Belfast

Owner Theodore & his staff were well mannered. Welcoming & warm my stay there was comfortable I felt at home didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was tasty cereals. Fresh fruit wheaten bread full Irish cooked Breakfast coffee & tea plenty to choose from for price highly recommend staying here
I stayed here for 2 days while visiting Belfast. Loved the care shown to me as a solo traveler. I had to leave for my flight early in the morning and the owner made sure I had food to carry along and that I was up and about. Small and cozy rooms and a good value for money.
I regularly stay at All Season's. This b&b is in a great location on this Lisburn road near plenty of great shops and restaurants. The room rate is very reasonable - every room has an en suite bathroom and they are always clean and tidy. WiFi is great for streaming. Breakfast is included and is excellent. The proprietor Theo and family are lovely people and very accommodating - as a result I prefer...
Nice cosy, clean rooms and very helpful staff. Not in the city centre but close by bus or a decent walk in good weather.
Very nice and neat place with warm reception from the owner and staff. I traveled to Belfast on the 11th of Dec 2017 and was met by the owner with a rather funny name for a guy (Theodore) who was so nice and kind and very friendly. He took me to my room and made sure I was comfortably checked in. The room was very well kept and if anyone intends to travel during this winter then trust me you really...

It's ok we had a big room at the front with a bathroom, dated...is the best description. About a 15/20 minute walk from town.
I was their guest for about 66 nights, last autumn, and I remember a genuine warmth of treatment, cordiality,a very good price which was offered me to pay. The house is very large and quite old. I have read it was built in the Victorian age. It has an overall good feeling. I enjoyed sleeping in bedroom 3, that has a fairly spacious bathroom. I had a really good all-round time there.
