My second stay here since December 2025 & would now be my go to hotel. Location is perfect for a nice walk into into the city centre, not too far but also very convenient for the airport bus from/to Grand Central Station
Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay
Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future
The hotel location is great, very close to the station, just a five-minute walk. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large and clean. Highly recommended! The front desk staff are friendly.
Stayed in a twin this time with my young adults son, great open plan reception/bar/coffee/food area. Was having for him as he was able to use the area late at night for Uni work
Staff even asked if he was OK offering a hot beverage. Staff are extremely helpful & friendly, have received a warm welcome here both times now & wouldn't hesitate to return
There was lots of hair and eyelashes in the sheets and I eventually put towels on the bed in order to sleep. Might be the dirtiest bed I've seen in a hotel. The hotel is pretty new on the inside so the toilets are great
Beautiful hotel! Clean, elegant and rooms were spacious! The staff were great too - gave our 7 year old a token to select a treat on arrival and colouring pack! The bar area is lovely and live music one night was a super touch
Great overnight stay in Hilton Belfast - gorgeous and super clean hotel and staff were all incredibly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much for them. Good location, and taxi drop off at the front was handy
Booked an executive room and from check in everything was great. Our room was on the 12th floor very comfortable bed and pillows. Executive lounge was a lovely experience the food was very good nice selection too
Food was decent, the location is nice and there is a train station nearby. Room service timing is a bit strange, as cleaning is done from 10 a. On two occasions, they came to clean right around 5 p
There is also an option to order food to the room. Staff is friendly and helpful and gave us some advice on places to visit
My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience

This hotel is in a good location. It is close to Queen’s University, the Ulster Museum and many local restaurants. Transport is also convenient with bus and train stops nearby. The room was nice- clean and functional
The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of high quality options. I would choose this hotel again if staying in Belfast
The breakfast is so good, and the staff is very friendly, the hotel is near a university, the neighborhood is very quite, lots of restaurants and grocery stores, really convenient
Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly, beds comfy. Good location. Not too far from City Centre but quiet at night. Good hearty breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.
Looks like it will be really nice when done but I won't mark the review down for the 8am work noise as it is short term. Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable
Staff was extra friendly and very accomodating. Breakfast was nice as well! We definitely enjoyed our stay!
Beautiful grounds and buildings Fabulous art and historical interiors Excellent and kind service by all Need longer than one night to experience this beautuful destination
Bedrooms are amazing with my bed in the double room big enough to be classed as a small island. Wish i was staying longer to avail of the spa but definitely next time
Luxury all the way
Luxury hotel does not do this beautiful property justice. A warren of comfort as you enter. Super bar with snacks and cocktails to tempt
Fabulous hotel
Fabulous hotel. Very clean and roomy bedrooms which were very comfortable. Beautiful grounds Very friendly and helpful staff
My 4th visit to the Culloden and can report its excellent standards have been maintained since my previous visits.
Absolutely amazing stay. Great food, great staff and beautiful surroundings. Exceptional.
I had a cheese burger, which was amazing (a tad pricey ~£19). The room was very clean and dinky, as described. Tea/ coffee provided in the room, along with two bottles of cold water. Very reasonably priced for our stay
Nice room with a comfortable bed, and a great bathroom/hot shower. Could use more storage for clothes, etc. Not great scenery but not a big deal. Everyone who works at the Bullitt was super helpful and friendly
The hotel was easy to find and in a great central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great atmosphere on the ground floor, where there was a busy bar area, with plenty of seating in and outside
Great atmosphere and layout of bars etc our room a little small and against wall but comfy and clean. Large screen and chromecast etc tea coffee too. 8/10 size really.
Had a fabulous meal prawns in garlic for starters and a out of this world steak don't usually have a desert but I had to all I can say is if your in Belfast you have to visit this restaurant and the bar is fantastic aswell 👍
When we first arrived, I thought we might not be trendy enough for this hotel, but that turned out not to be true! We absolutely loved this hotel. Good room, great breakfast area and very good restaurant
My room was lovely, very inviting and pleasant, especially the bay window with a bean bag was a nice touch. Excellent customer service with a complimentary drink for using the self check service
Very centrally located in Belfast, within easy walking distance to everything. The self check-in process was smooth and easy, and you could get assistance from the pub right next door if needed
Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups)
I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it

Well maintained and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and lots of choices. The young man working was so kind and helpful. Very nice sitting area to visit with our fellow travellers
wonderful stay , the room was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in,spotless. Lovely and warm hotel very homely feeling. Lovely bed and linen, 4 generous feather pillows plus cushions
Excellent location close to restaurants
Bathroom had chewing gum on the floor, and there was hair in the bedding. Not sure if other rooms were as small/basic or if we drew the short straw? But yep very tired and dated. Probably wouldn't stay again
Decent location- but manage expectations if you're going solely by the pictures We had a room at the very top of the hotel and it felt like an old/tired university room
I was their guest for about 66 nights, last autumn, and I remember a genuine warmth of treatment, cordiality,a very good price which was offered me to pay. The house is very large and quite old
I have read it was built in the Victorian age. It has an overall good feeling. I enjoyed sleeping in bedroom 3, that has a fairly spacious bathroom. I had a really good all-round time there
It's ok we had a big room at the front with a bathroom, dated...is the best description. About a 15/20 minute walk from town.
