The room was clean, and everything worked, except the TV (poor quality image, no relation between the list of stations and reality on screen).
The breakfast was VERY VERY limited - never saw such a poor "buffet".

The stay was good. Only problem is the checkin time which 3pm. If they could provide an option for early checkin that would be great.

The front desk assigned me to a double queen room without telling me though I buy a king room. But it is so late at 1:00am and I am so sleepy so I don’t go stairs with my bulky package to change a room. I feel hard to sleep for the temperature is not constant and I feel hot for a while and cold for a while. I guess it may be due to the old conditioner. I won’t book this hotel any longer bye!

Don't stay here in winter! The hotel is extremely cold, the heating is broken, and you can only rely on radiators. If you run two radiators in one room at the same time, the circuit breaker will trip. When you call the front desk, they are incredibly slow to respond; I called five times and they hung up four times. However, at 11 am check-out, someone comes to knock on the door very promptly – they are very prompt. The location is decent, but otherwise, it's a mess.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the airport and within walking distance of downtown. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The room felt a little dark, and I wish there was more space to store luggage. However, we could clearly hear the conversations from the next room, so I'm sure our voices were also audible. It was a shame that the souvenir shop was closed during our stay.

The hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle service, so be sure to reserve an Uber in advance, otherwise you won't be able to find a ride to the hotel. There are no taxis at the airport, and I had to wait 2-3 hours to call an Uber, which worried my elderly family members.

Check-in took a long time. The shower gel in the hotel was empty when I checked in; I had to ask someone to refill it. The rooms were small and old, but the lobby was large. They didn't offer free airport shuttle service; I waited an hour for an Uber.

The service was poor.
We never leave bad reviews, but the staff was dismissive and absent.

Great Service, Good food, Ideal when your traveling. Open until 10. When I looked at some reviews I noticed some were 4 yrs old. The newer reviews had better comments. Good to know! Also I agree with Google policy on reviews. One thing I would like to have changed are just hateful and old comments. Just one travelers opinion. Hope you have as good of an experience as we did.

I had high hopes for another place in Fairbanks that I'd heard good things about. Our family ate here one day for dinner. The staff was very friendly. Food took quite a while to make it to the table. When we did get it, it wasn't impressive. I had a reuben sandwich that was so salty that it literally hurt my mouth, and I couldn't finish it. Kudos though, to whomever makes their homemade pickles. Those are the best pickles I have ever had in my life. I wish I could buy those by the pound!
