The accommodations for the kitchen were amazing! We didn’t need much but it was nice that they had everything.. laundry detergent, portable grill, practically a fully stocked kitchen!

Completely beat my expectations! Room was so clean and comfy, attention to detail did not miss. Staff are caring and ensure you are informed of all the details for the best stay. Both hot tubs/jaccuzis were PERFECT!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket and a gas station nearby, and it takes only about 15 minutes to get to Sedona. It is also much more affordable compared to hotels in Sedona itself. Room was clean, shower water could have been hotter. Coffee pot didn’t work but they did bring us a new one that worked.

Friendly staff, clean. Nice suit. It was a bit noisy since the room is connected, and there was another family on the other side.

The check-in was easy and staff very cordial. The room is quite nice for an older style hotel; they have done a great job with updates making it feel very modern. The courtyard area is unique and makes for a nice gathering place. The coffee room has a great selection of k-pod brews which is really nice.

We went with the less expensive room with two twin beds. We didn’t need much- a clean room, a good bed, and a shower. We came in around 7pm and left the next morning around 10 am. Our second stay did not disappoint. The breakfast area is large and clean with plenty of choices. The new coffee machine seemed to be a big hit. My only peeve is that I wish they had some sort of shelf in the shower/toilet room. I hate juggling my eye glasses and underwear and personal supplies on the back of a toilet tank. The location is good, there are lots of places to eat nearby, and most of all, the price is good compared to downtown Sedona.

I like this hotel very much, the hospitality is friendly, the beds are clean and very comfortable! Great breakfast! The parking space is also very large, and there is a winery next to the hotel, which is also very good! You can go and have a look!

If guests have a car that it is good to stay in this hotel, but otherwise may find it difficult to move between the hotel and restaurants or grocery stores. The facilities and staff were good.

We found the location to be near where we needed to be and it was a good stay but they didn’t have a laundry room on site and their waffle machine was broken down when we went to breakfast in the morning. I’m sure they will fix it soon. The front desk was friendly and we slept well.

Clean room and. Nice stay overall. However I gave a one day notice to leave one day early out out 5 might stay. ******* was fine with a refund for the last day, but when Super 8 finally got back to me the next day , they didnt give me the refund

Staff was Excellent, professional, friendly!! Room was very noisy, walls very thin, odors bled in from others and outside, some outlets didnt work. No outlets near the bed! Most outlets used for lights and clock. Breakfast should have better choices than just instant oatmeal and coffee, tea, and cocoa. One stairwell was taped off and there were openings in the roof of the walkway where repairs were...

I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Since the posted reviews were extremely poor, I was a bit worried, but I had a very comfortable stay. This historic yet cozy home... is not only in the perfect location it is recently remodeled and up to speed with all the modern essentials every traveler requires. Travelers from around the world come to our valley for the beautiful red rocks, outdoor activities, escaping the hot weather of Phoenix and for the local wine tasting. So, let us welcome you, your loved ones and even your family pets (no cats please) on your next vacation here in sunny AZ!
We have two homes that are white with white picket fences right next to each other on Main St. This is our smaller more affordable home. The other property next door is a little larger and also can be found on VRBO and other booking sites.
2 Master style bedrooms with a full bath for each room.
Front bedroom has a super comfortable king bed, soft sheets, new towels and stand up shower in its attached bathroom.
Back bedroom makes the most of its space by giving you a bunk bed that has a queen down bellow and a twin XL up top. This bathroom gives you the option of a stand up shower or as a bathtub.
This fresh remodel includes new kitchen countertops and appliances with a dual action coffee machine for traditional brewing or for using K-cups.
Full size washer, dryer, dishwasher and a large back yard to let your pets out. Reminder to always check the fence for any new holes or crannies your little ones can squeeze out of. We walk it as much as we can but just to be safe, always double check.
Propane grill out back. (Propane is not guaranteed but often has leftover gas)
Sit back and enjoy, relaxing on the large sectional couch inside or use the rocking chairs out front during our good weather, drink some fresh tea or people watch while you drink some local wine! The best restaurants in town are literally just a short walk around the corner as well as free overnight city EV chargers. (EV chargers are free and rarely out of order but are not super fast but will charge most EV's a decent amount in 8-14hrs. EXP Tesla Model S gained 16 miles per hour charge rate)
We have high speed wifi, strong enough to stream your favorite tv apps on one of our three TVs using roku or the TVs internal apps.
There is no traditional cable tv or guarantee of local channels.
Park up to three cars, front to back, in our designated parking area.
We do not allow large parties outside the residents listed on your rental agreement and do not allow individuals or business/corps to book this home for part time or seasonal workers. This home is provided for families limited to 5 persons with vacation type itineraries.
Reminder this is an older home under the new remodel but things can happen, break, wear out, ect...we just ask you to give us an opportunity to fix the situation.

The weather in Cottonwood, AZ is much cooler than Phoenix and Tucson in the summer, with mild winters that sometimes include snow! The famous red rocks of Sedona and mining/ghost-town of Jerome are a quick fifteen minute drive away! We always recommend the local state parks for biking, hiking, and fishing. Sister town, Clarkdale is three minutes away with a great Copper Museum and Verde Canyon Railway that explains the history of our small mining towns. Visit the Native American ruins of Tuzigoot while you are in town, raft the Verde River to one of our many local wineries, or cool off with a swim in Oak Creek Canyon.
