The accessible room was very good. Plenty of space. Parking right outside.

Our second stay did not disappoint.
The breakfast area is large and clean with plenty of choices. The new coffee machine seemed to be a big hit.
My only peeve is that I wish they had some sort of shelf in the shower/toilet room. I hate juggling my eye glasses and underwear and personal supplies on the back of a toilet tank.
Hopefully we’ll be back next year. We like the location and access to many restaurants a short drive away.

The location is good, there are lots of places to eat nearby, and most of all, the price is good compared to downtown Sedona.

I like this hotel very much, the hospitality is friendly, the beds are clean and very comfortable! Great breakfast! The parking space is also very large, and there is a winery next to the hotel, which is also very good! You can go and have a look!

If guests have a car that it is good to stay in this hotel, but otherwise may find it difficult to move between the hotel and restaurants or grocery stores. The facilities and staff were good.

We found the location to be near where we needed to be and it was a good stay but they didn’t have a laundry room on site and their waffle machine was broken down when we went to breakfast in the morning. I’m sure they will fix it soon. The front desk was friendly and we slept well.

Me and my family went to s Sedona to get away from Glendale az. We decided to stay the night but no room's no were so we found one room that was not sold out in cottenwood az. At .the quality inn we went in the room and the light would not come on had problem with the lights the room was not clean stuff was left in the room took pictures off every thing I was a house keeper so I know how it should be no water in the pool and they said all Seasonal Pool the breakfast made us sick they are in dieing need of updating if it was there mother they would put them in the best clean room we stayed in a lot of rooms but this was the worst ever and we were way in the back maybe because we were black don't know why they don't do anything about these motels they just say we are wrong .I know so people just day things to get there money back .but this place was bad no one cares anymore .

I had seen bad ratings on this Motel, so I was a little liery about staying there. However, I spoke with Monique, the manager. She said, What I had read WAS true. But, they are a new management company and intended to change that.

The motel/hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous.
The breakfast was way above expectations. Self serve, eggs, sausage, grits, potatoes, waffle iron to make your own waffle. You get, fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins bread for toast, cereal, coffee, fruit juice and all the fixings to go with it. I couldn't have ask for anything more.
I give them 5 ***** stars. I will definitely stay there again and tell my friends about it. Thanks for the wonderful srrvice
