Kid’s pool was closed down the whole time we were there. Long lines, overpriced breakfast for a very mid food.

Service was uneven. It ranged from outstanding (Bourbon's Restaurant) to indifferent.

The stay was marked by procedural inefficiencies that made the experience a bit of a drag - there was a line to valet the car, then there was a line to check in, then the room was kinda far away. Hotel is fabulous with top end facilities. Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any request. Fees are high for parking and resort fee but still worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

I entertained for a company's banquet at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn resort & Spa. It was a fantastic place to hold the event. We had Social/Cocktail outside. It was a great view! Inside, the food was really good and setup was excellent. The rooms were really nice as well. Comfy and cozy.

This resort is beautiful, the breakfast package that is included if you buy the package is worth it. The staff at the resort are very friendly and kind and will do anything to make your stay better. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in the Phoenix area by far.

We loved our stay so much! We're already planning on our next trip back. The resort was exactly what we were looking for- relaxing, beautiful rooms, great food and drink, and a quiet pool. Our stay at Talking Stick was only for one day because hubby likes the poker games and didn’t want to drive home. Unfortunately it was a rainy afternoon so I couldn’t use the pool or sit out in moderate AZ temperature. What a phenomenal resort, I truly can’t talk high enough about the quality of Talking Stick. We stayed for a one night staycation; th staff, the food, our room. All areas we were in during our stay at the hotel were excellent. The service personnel were more than obliging. The food was very good in the Coyote Cafe. All facilities were clean and welcoming.

The service by the adult pool was very slow as they did not open that bar, even on the weekend when there was atleast 20+ people the pool bar was closed. Otherwise service was good. The room could use some maintenance on our headboard. The blow dryer was basic, it worked. The patio/balcony was amazing. The shower was amazing.

Overall I give this property like A 3.5! There was a bit of an ant problem in my room. The ice bucket has mosquitos in it and there was a stray cat at the pool night! The pool Staff was really nice and the food and drinks there were great! The zuzu restaurant has good food too. The counter staff at check out weren’t extremely helpful! The valet staff were excellent and friendly. The Zuzu not so much. And the happy hour drink offerings were sparse. The room was large, clean and well appointed. I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point.

This is a great hidden gem in Scottsdale. I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend, vacation or stop over stay.

Small kid / baby in room next to mine cried a lot . Noise was annoying! Had to turn the tv up loud to hear. Plus Netflix went out one evening

Staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in was greeted immediately to the moment I boarded uber to the airport, staff insisted on helping me load my carryon in the trunk of the car. The room did smelt a bit moldy when I first walked in.

I booked this hotel for our CEO and Director of Product Management, and they had an excellent stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. To expensive for what the property has to offer Also is ridiculous to have to pay 22 dollars per night to park a motorcycle overnight it’s mandatory no self free parking! You are forced to pay pretty much cause there are not other choices close by! Never again!

I liked the neighborhood and felt extremely safe. The service was excellent and very friendly. The grounds were also nicely laid out, and the pool was beautiful. But the property was a bit outdated. Clean, but not remodeled any time recently. I was also upset that there were no microwaves in the rooms. And you do hear quite a bit of plane noise, as it's in a flight path.

Nice vacation club. Needs TV upgrade. TV not connected to internet. No steaming. No YouTube.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location of our accommodation is within 10-15 minutes to everything that we needed and easy access to the highways. Our room was in the 2nd floor overlooking the adult pool so the location was perfect. We will return!

We love this place! Some boutique hotels that have been renovated don’t do full renovations, but this one definitely has! Quality beds, detail details in the rooms like a black washcloth to remove makeup. Free coffee in the morning in the lobby, free, welcome, drink, fun pool vibes with DJ… And the food is amazing! You never have to leave the property all weekend to eat!

Very solid hotel. It’s a converted motel from what I can tell but the conversion was done very well. Dog friendly which is awesome and the food is great. I didn’t love that the rooms open directly to the parking lot (as former motels do) without there being a locked gate of some sort. Other than that it was great and will stay here again!

Had a cockroach in the bathroom vanity and when I informed about the front desk about it, the lady said sorry and said we will take care of breakfast charge on the account. A good location, about 20-30 min drive from most attractions and from the airport. Easy to navigate and the property was well maintained. The pool was heated and made for a comfortable night swim.

The hotel is clean, with good facilities and service. They offer cookies and drinks in the afternoon, and the American breakfast with eggs and meat is decent. Coffee is available free 24 hours a day, and they also provide bottled water. Highly recommended.

On a road trip. Stayed here for just a night. It was actually cold so we couldn’t use the pool. Our room was great with a private outside sitting area. Room service delicious. We stayed at a quiet time, so I think it must be a real party style hotel in the busy season. Centrally located in Old Scottsdale.
