The room was fine. We were here for a work event on a random weeknight and they have a seriously bumping bar area. The overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The bar was good and had a happy hour. The red bar offers karaoke on Tuesdays but I personally didn’t go. I heard it was fun. The front desk was a little sloppy with the room charges but everything was right in the end.

The hotel is truly excellent with immensely helpful staff in every area.. The hidden gem that elevates any stay is the added perk of Club 12. Coffee at sunrise and drinks at sunset.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable, the only downside is the parking is quite expensive.

Not as good as I'd imagined. Parking here is not only charged but also very expensive, at $45. It's ridiculously pricey. Aside from that, everything else is fine, but the parking fee is just too much. If you have a car, don't stay here.

It was in a business district with lots of hotels nearby. The parking was an outrageous amount, over $40 for each night. I ended up leaving my car at a friends house and taking an Uber just to save some money.

We came to meet our physician & surgeon who was also at the Renaissance. Service in all areas EXCEPT check in/out was exceptional. When the staff for check in would answer phones before taking care of lines of customers, there is something wrong. There was one service person who was very very good. Hotel was lovely, even though exterior seemed a bit dated. Room had been renovated and was great. Service was excellent. Breakfast in dining room was terrific--food and service both.

The room is spacious and bright, there is lemonade and orange juice in the lobby, the service is thoughtful, and all other aspects are very good. I will stay here again next time I come to this city.

American hotels are really rubbish. This one is rubbish. There are no facilities. Parking for hotel residents is $43, WiFi is $16, and there is no hot water. It's really not good.

Great location and service. the family room was a bit small and I didn’t like that it was all carpeted. The parking is expensive at $40 a night. There is also a lovely trail walk nearby.

There is a bay park downstairs, which is suitable for sports and the balcony is very comfortable.

The room is relatively large, and the entire bathroom is comfortable and bright. The disadvantage is that the suite has more doors, so it takes some getting used to. If you want to organize activities near Irvine, this is a good hotel option. If you are traveling to Los Angeles, it is not recommended to stay here. good place to stay, very good cleanliness and good amenities

Good place but worst internet service. If you are someone who cares about wifi experience, DO NOT choose this hotel. First of all there’s an extra fee for high quality wifi, which is the one I bought. But during a very important online session my internet was disconnected for no reasons. Ridiculous!

This Irvine hotel has spacious rooms, free parking, and a so-so breakfast. Rooms are cleaned on weekends. Towels and toiletries are replenished regularly. There is a laundry room with coin-operated laundry and dryer. There are recreational facilities such as a gym and billiards room.

Pack n play was delivered immediately, staff was very responsive to all of our needs as a family. Very family friendly place. Clean, great beds and pillows. Vale and Luxury went out of their way to make my kids have a great day, offering help and conversation in the buffet :) We will stay here again!
