The hotel is truly excellent with immensely helpful staff in every area.. The hidden gem that elevates any stay is the added perk of Club 12. Coffee at sunrise and drinks at sunset.

I loved this hotel. My family and I arrived at midnight and our room was ready. The place is beautiful and very cozy. The staff was nice and I especially liked one of the valet guys. I believe he was a manager. He was so friendly and inviting, he even gave us some good places to tour. The only think I didn’t like so much was the restaurant. The breakfast bar was great but when we decided to have dinner on Sunday night the staff was more worried about cleaning for the coming week than tending to us. We waited a while for our drinks, then the man went back to cleaning, then brought us our food and he forgot to mention that the burgers we ordered was vegetarian. So then we had to wait even longer for the correct burgers to be made. After that we ordered a burger to go for my husband and they forgot the bacon. He was hungry so we didn’t even mention it to the staff. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will be returning

Oh boy this place is a treat! Creates a whole diffrent atmosphere, that takes you away from the vibe of the city! Super clean and well kept! The best hotel to date that I've encountered. Excellent service, amazing staff, clean rooms, gorgeous building! The view is also something to pay for!

Excellent environment, great service, great bars, lively pool area, all for a very competitive price. This place is neat and clean. Rooms were to be expected, good size and well maintained and well kept. Bars are not overpriced, and neither is the restaurant, but both offer great service and quality product. Great location and easily accessible. Being that I was only there for one night, I didn't really spend much time outside of the hotel, but didn't really feel I needed to. Comfortable and enjoyable stay, would have no problems visiting again. I recommend starting here if you are in the area.

The room was fine. We were here for a work event on a random weeknight and they have a seriously bumping bar area. Not very many beers on tap, but two different people made us cocktails and they were good. the seating is really nice in the bar area and very good for social situations. Also, right across from the bar area is their hotel store. The hotel store is more like a little 7-Eleven. They have everything there, all sorts of drinks and chips and snacks etc. It really is a nice place for a late-night gathering. We had a lot of fun!

The overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The bar was good and had a happy hour.

The red bar offers karaoke on Tuesdays but I personally didn’t go. I heard it was fun.

The front desk was a little sloppy with the room charges but everything was right in the end.

I attended an event and it was beautiful! The staff was pretty great, the drinks were delicious and the food was very tasty. The only thing is I ID as non-binary and I had a pronoun pin on but I got misgendered several times. Other than that it was a very wonderful experience.

The service is great, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food is great and well prepared. The rooms are nice and comfy with lots of extra towels and space. Right in the heart of Irvine, so it's very good place to stay. I enjoyed my two nights while attending a conference at the same location!

A fun hotel. Still new to OC. Great place to even pop into their bar in the lobby. The hosted holiday dinners are awesome! You can bring the whole family to the dinners, enjoy buffet and entertainment. Always decorated for the holiday too. The staff is super friendly. One of the best hotels in Irvine.

Very accommodating. It has an older 60's vibe going on, and very comfortable. I love the beds. My back was hurting, but the bed made me feel better. We were there for a conference, and the staff was awesome. As I said, very accommodating.

Create your own salad. And you can find a couple of soups that are tasty. Most of the soups are marked if they are vegetarian (good). Other than these most of the items are not worth it. Pizza, pasta, muffins etc. Not tasty. Kids will love the unlimited junk and ice cream. This is specific to Irvine location.

Buffet with great soups and fresh salad. Affordable price. The best parts of this restaurant are salads and soups. Green fresh vegetables, plenty side add-ons, plus 10 more dressings. I enjoy their soups as well. The were 8 different soups, which claimed cooked everyday. Plus pizza, pasta, onscreen, and non-stop drinks. Make this is one of the best all you can eat restaurants.

Visited this location for the first time this year, since it was close to my hotel. I have been a longtime fan of their “sister” locations of Sweet Tomatoes in Kansas City, Dallas and Houston, and was sad to see them all close down. That being said, I had a reasonable expectation when visiting here.

My chief complaint was the parking (or limitation thereof), I had to circle the parking lot several times the evening I visited to find a space.

Once I got parked and inside, the food was exactly as I remember from their Sweet Tomatoes locations, fresh, typically local, produce, kept well stocked. As I always experienced, they had a wide variety of breads, soups and prepared salads to go with the salad bar, and all at prices that will not break the bank.

I definitely plan on visiting again the next time I’m in California.

2 1/2 really but my complaint is they do NOT use real eggs. You know with a shell and yolk?

If your going to tout your breakfast /egg dishes use real eggs. Tip off that there was a problem was they only offer scrambled eggs. I like over easy. Mgr told me they use pre made powdered egg mix. Like jails do...

Place is really a catering/to go fronting as retail dining establishment. No parking due to delivery vans taking entire front sports. Hustle n bustle of people lodging carts can't even get in front door at lunch.

Avoid. There is better.

Great food. Too crowded at lunch, long wait to order and recieve food. Today waited 25 munutes for the food to be served, after waiting 8 minutes to order! Arrived at 11:45, ahead of lunch crowd. Yikes. Grilled chicken is niy made in house and has grill marks painted on, like the type in frozen dinners. Soup, salads and sandwiches without grilled chicken usually great.
