Please be careful with your belongings and double-check your room before you leave. If you forget something, don’t expect to get it back. In my experience, the housekeeping staff said they didn’t see anything, even though I was certain I had left it there.

I accidentally left three large bottles of whiskey and some Coke under the sink for just a few hours. When I returned, everything was gone. I spoke with the manager, but nothing was found, and the housekeeper claimed she hadn’t seen anything. I was 100% sure I had left them there. I also emailed the office, but they didn’t investigate the situation.

Just a warning to others: make sure you check your room carefully before checking out.

ESA is not trustable to live.

We had an extremely troubling experience at this ESA America Hotel. The room provided to us was in unacceptable condition, including a strong and pervasive fish odor that staff acknowledged management was already aware of prior to our check-in.

In our view, knowingly renting a room with unresolved sanitation and habitability concerns falls far below reasonable hospitality standards.

We repeatedly requested assistance and attempted to work with their understaffed team to resolve the issue.

The front desk employee was polite and apologetic, but no meaningful remedy was provided.

Because we were traveling with pets and needed to remain near our young children in a nearby room, securing alternate lodging on short notice was not feasible.

Despite the hotel’s awareness of the condition of the room, we were neither provided suitable alternative accommodations nor connected with management capable of addressing the matter.

We requested escalation to senior management and were instead referred to the corporate office. Over the following three weeks, we made repeated attempts to contact corporate customer service and received no response whatsoever.

Consumers have a reasonable expectation that hotel rooms will meet basic standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and habitability. Equally concerning was the apparent lack of accountability after the issue was reported multiple times. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property to others.

Worst experience in nearly 10 years. The hotel was unhygienic, and for some reason, I was given a handicapped room. The shower head didn't even have a holder. Breakfast was just a simple biscuit, coffee, and tea. Thankfully, Mr. Shi, Ctrip's after-sales service manager, was incredibly helpful and was able to negotiate a solution for my early departure. A special thank you to the Ctrip service team!

The room smelled bad and I couldn't cancel. I had to stay there reluctantly. I won't choose to stay here again. Although the hotel has a good location, it was a terrible experience.

I would have liked to give this Extended Stay a better review but I couldn’t! My first impression was the front desk employee who was very unfriendly and not helpful. The room was decent, clean, but bring your own bedding because they only put 2 sheets on the bed (which was stiff, uncomfortable & did not keep me warm at all) & towels (the towels provided are like sandpaper).
Sad because this is the closest hotel to the hospital I go for chemotherapy, but I will never stay here again.

AVOID THIS LOCATION.... not worth the headache... they never had the rooms available although several of us had reservations. Service is terrible... staff is not helpful at all. And when I was trying to get my room others in the lobby were complaining that there were no towels in the rooms. Staff told them they wouldn't get towels until past 11pm.
Just do yourself a favor and don't book at this location
