Very well tended. Lovely room. They helped me through a difficult period. Right there.! Room was awesome, staff, spectacular.

Rooms was large, but average. Comfortable beds, temperature control was ok. Nice window seat. Shower was not draining, but did get fixed. Takes a long time to get the hot or even warm water for the shower. So not ideal. Average hotel. Good location. Underground parking is a plus for the area.

First time in Long Beach I was scared we would be in a sketchy area but it was so nice! Youre in the center of everything. Pretty much walking distance if you cared too. It clean.. other than a few things like seeing hair in the room or the cups in the room with residue in it... parking wasnt bad as what ive been seen in the reviews you get a discount staying at the hotel, give them the parking pass...

Why TF do I have to tolerate maintenance work including loud drilling right next to my room at 7:30 am in the morning? Absolutely ridiculous. And the front desk clearly did nothing about it after I notified them because it was still going on an hour later. This is not a hotel. It is an utter mess of a place.

Great stay in a historic site. The luggage service staff were fantastic!

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the service was excellent. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't controllable; I ended up stuffing it with towels, haha.

Cool historic hotel located inside of an old ship in Long Beach California. There are some nice restaurants on the upper level as well.

The ship is spectacular, it is quite well preserved and has the charm of the ocean liners of the 40s.

Beautiful old cruise ship to look at when we arrived. We were excited to stay at this historical Queen Mary. However, we were shocked when we reached out assigned room! The room really showed it's age, many facilities such as air conditioner were not able to be used. Such a beautiful cruise ship with run down rooms are just very disappointing.

The rainfall shower was amazing great water pressure. Bed was so fresh and comfortable, AC kept the room nice and chill. Pool and view is picture perfect. Front desk and staff go above and beyond to help, will definitely book again for the cruise. 10/10

The hotel environment is quite nice, with daily cleaning service. The bathroom is well-equipped with amenities except for toothbrushes. Aside from the air conditioning being a bit noisy, everything else is great.

The facilities are low-end, the service is poor, and the quality does not match the price. I will not stay here again. I have never stayed at Centric before, so I will be more cautious when choosing this brand next time.

Although the overall space is small, it is hygienic and comfortable. It is clean and I slept well. It is also very close to the shopping mall and within walking distance. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can arrange a leisurely breakfast. The coffee is delicious.

This was our second stay here and it was great yet again. We've decided that this hotel will be our place to stay while visiting home. As a native, I feel safe and comfortable in the area and its close to everything you need and more. Thank you for keeping up the great service!

Ok room, it was clean, but had no toilet paper or soap in the room. We left early so no time to request. Rooms should always be stock with basic amenities.

Booked to be close to hospital so it was convenient. Liked interior parking. Room clean somewhat spartan. Good deal for our short notice needs.

Stayed there with two young girls on October 5. Friendly staff. Great pool. Clean room. Great breakfast. Only problems were- outlet in bathroom did not work. . Once we had showered and were bare footed, our feet got dirty from the carpet. These are easy fixes. I would definitely stay again. Best pool I have ever seen.

This is a 3-star Hotel that deserves five stars as a 3-star Hotel. The general manager is a pleasure to deal with and so are the rest of the staff. The beds are comfortable the, rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. They have quiet rooms and a nice swimming pool. Everything you could ask for including a low price. Glad we stayed here.

Let me start by saying that you are staying at a Super 8 Motel. You are not paying for five star service. This is a 3-star Hotel. But as a 3-star Hotel it gets 5 stars and even then some. Rooms were adequate, manager was amazing! Free continental breakfast AND at 5pm they serve refreshments~ snacks sodas and even wine! Pool and Jacuzzi area was very nice.

It's clean overall. There's ample parking, and the Long Beach Convention Center is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are well-cleaned. I left a $10 tip. Breakfast included toast with butter and strawberry jam, a corn plate with milk, bananas, juice, and hot coffee. We also enjoyed sharing breakfast with other guests. Showers were excellent. Management usually friendly and helpful. But the breakfast was just breads, cereal and a banana. Worst was the "limited" parking. If you didnt get there early, you were out of luck with no suggestions of what to do next. They even posted a letter offering cancellations of reservations to customers who couldnt park.

The room was clean and decent, but the bathroom was destroyed, stained, and looked terrible. It's okay for one night, but no more.

Cool hotel with excellent service. Very convenient to the Long Beach convention center and tons of bars and restaurants. The rooms are tiny but that's part of the charm.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent lication for walking to area dining and shopping. Breakfast average, with limited healthy options. Fresh fruit poorly stocked, guests filling backpacks etc. to go after eating. Nice pool area. I personally cannot sit and enjoy the lobby or breakfast area due to extremely heavy use of air fragrance in the common indoor areas.

Get rid of the $20 parking fee! The floors in the kitchen and bathroom areas were filthy. The hand towel in the kitchen was dirty and stained.

Wonderful neat motel right on Pacific Coast Highway! The owner is gracious and kind! The rooms are clean and well organized. The rooms are nice and quiet too (that's rare these days) For the price it is a wonderful deal in such a busy city as Los Angeles!

Overall it was a good stay. The room was a good size and clean. There wasn't really anything to service, wish they had room service. The price is the cheapest around and that's a huge bonus when you have little to no money and just want to take a shower and sleep and feel safe. So thank you.
