It's clean overall. There's ample parking, and the Long Beach Convention Center is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are well-cleaned. I left a $10 tip.
Breakfast included toast with butter and strawberry jam, a corn plate with milk, bananas, juice, and hot coffee. We also enjoyed sharing breakfast with other guests.
The bathroom had a bathtub, shower, and plenty of hot water.
Great value for the price. I highly recommend it.

The stated breakfast time was 6:00 AM but it wasn’t open and I needed to leave to get to the airport and no one was at the front desk to let me in to check out.

The room was clean. No refrigerator. They were painting room doors and the smell of the paint was strong.

Not enough parking space, the rooms are run down, the complementing breakfast so limited and the food looked too old. Not enough pressure on the showerhead and poor customer service!. I am not going there again 😡

Showers were excellent. Management usually friendly and helpful. But the breakfast was just breads, cereal and a banana. Worst was the "limited" parking. If you didnt get there early, you were out of luck with no suggestions of what to do next. They even posted a letter offering cancellations of reservations to customers who couldnt park.

There was a dead roach in the room the entire time we dtayed there. Non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Hot/cold options for shower only one or other was avaliable to use.

The room was clean and decent, but the bathroom was destroyed, stained, and looked terrible. It's okay for one night, but no more.

Good stay great to have a fridge and a microwave. Only down fall is there isn’t a ice vending machine.
