Anaheim Executive Inn & Suites in Anaheim

I arrived around 7 pm and had to use the night window. The employee seemed upset that I had bothered them. The room seemed clean enough at first, even though the furnishings were in disrepair. However, after I had settled in the bed I saw a roach crawling around the baseboards. The next morning the roach was dead in the middle of the room. I tried to check out around 530 am, so I went back to the night window and rung the bell, but no one ever showed up. I pushed my key into the window and left. Later that day I tried calling to make sure they had received my key, but no one answered the phone. I left a message regarding my stay, but got no response. I would not recommend this hotel, even for a one night stay

It's absolutely disgusting! There are cockroaches, and the towels and beds are very old and dirty! ! ! Please improve it. I've seen many people's reviews!

This place was gross. There were roaches all over at night. My daughter went to the restroom, and there was roaches all on the bed. Horrible. I would not take my kids there again under the circumstances we had no choice, but to stay.

This will be my last stay.
I love California and have been staying at various motels, mainly in Orange County, for about 30 years since I was single.
The bath towel was as hard and dirty as a well-worn rag. It was heartbreaking for my sunburned skin.
The Wi-Fi signal in the room was weaker the further you were from the front desk. My room was the second-to-the-rear on the second floor, so for the first time in decades I tried holding my phone up by the window. Even then, there was barely any signal.
The microwave in the room was also broken.
Compared to the lovely room on the website, it had no decorations whatsoever.
The frame of the second-floor hallway has corroded, and I think the bottom will collapse soon. Please be careful.
