This is one of the places I have always enjoyed renting a room at because some of the rooms have a living room area and a bedroom area. Right now they are housing some of the homeless which is not as bad as it sounds. The place is usually relatively quiet. Every once in a while you may hear an argument and security that they has to get involved.

My youngest brother is staying there. Anytime I call there at the office they're very kind and considerate to check up on my brother to see how he's doing cuz I asked them. There are moments when everybody has their ups and downs, but I am very grateful and thankful for the many blessings that you supply for my brother! Thank you and God bless each of you!
P.S. there's a laundromat across the street I think it would benefit everyone that lives there that doesn't have transportation, would consider opening the laundromat! That would be a blessing for everyone not just for those that have a car but those are on foot as well.

Managed by Indian manager. Always good people. Maid is awesome. Everything clean. No bugs. Spacouse. U feel separate from other guests private Incase some are crazies. what I was owed for personal law suit day 1. But we know America's court system is medveil. I have nothing bad to say.

This was the WORST and NASTY place I have ever stayed! We couldn’t even make it through the night. We had to leave like 3am. They had bugs in the shower! The only little window they had in the bathroom was facing someone’s backyard! Oh and the bed was basically broken! Just terrible! You are better off spending the night in your car to be honest!

Very satisfied with our stay.
Price is right, location is perfect (bus to beach is right down the block and cost is $1/person), rooms were clean & decent, area is safe & quiet (walked 1 mile each am with no issues), parking is always available & safe but tight.
Yes it's 'dated' but in a cute, quaint way. We will come again & recommend to friends & family visiting the area. Thank you for a great stay, good nights' sleep & overall a pleasant experience. :)

Room was clean and reasonably large. Not enough parking for the number of rooms. Got the job done though and was close enough to LAX for our early departure.

The room wasn't that great for 98$ a night I spent less on a room and got way more. The water pressure in shower was way low after traveling on the road you want a hot powerful shower and then explore or get some rest. Now for the bed it wasnt to bad and they are kinda close to some atuff for shopping and eating. But to tell you the truth I wouldn't come back unless the rooms closer to the beach get filled up like they did. This might sound rude but its a awenast option if anything try these rooms for your self and by the way I'm not one of those pickie people just would like someyhing close to what I paid for I know rates i travel a good amount. Have a wonderful day hope this helps.

Ok place to stay if you're not too picky about old cigarette odors (I am). The staff is very nice and they accommodated me by giving me another room after smelling a lot of old cigarette odors in the first one. The 2nd one smelled just finger until I turned the heater on. The bathrooms remind me of old style Mexican architecture where the entire floor in the room and bathroom are stone and/or wood. Looks great but, in reality, doesn't provide separation for shower water drainage so when you step out of the shower, you're still standing in water. Something to think about in cold weather.

The pics look better than the actual hotel. The maids don't say hello. Parking is very tight. The suite couch looks old. The bathroom is tight, but the shower is huge.

DO NOT STAY HERE
- I had to wait 2 hours to find a staff member to check in
- Could not close curtains and the window was at the top of the outside stairs so people would look straight into the room. There was no privacy.
- Lots of damaged and exposed electrical wiring causing extreme electric shock and fire hazards. Some electrical outlets were not secured to the wall.
- Small cockroaches were everywhere
- Internet was not functional at all
I immediately left and did not stay. The staff refused to give me a refund and scammed me out of $100.
