The entire hotel was spotless! The service was super attentive from the concierge and the front desk to the bartenders and waiters. I felt the royal treatment everywhere, including the spa. Concierge was very patient and accommodating with my many requests and questions. Will definitely come back next year to take advantage of the Apres Village experience! :-)

I am rating this hotel 5 stars because of the great service we received. Every person we interacted with gave us great customer service including the front desk, housekeeping, the waiters at the restaurant, and greeter all give their all with a smile. I just don’t feel like this four seasons lives up to the expectations for the brand. No one was there to greet me when my car pulled up or open door, front desk had only one person staffed and lobby looked empty. The rooms don’t look any better or nicer than a standard nicer Marriott. I’ve been to other four seasons and they are so much nicer, I just don’t understand the rating here being so high.

We had a lovely stay at the Four Seasons this summer. The deluxe room with two beds was spacious, and the bathroom was a good size. Located near Silicon Valley, the facilities are too old, there is no doorbell on the door, and the room is small, but the service and software are great, the surrounding environment is also very good, and it is close to Stanford University and Silicon Valley.

It's average, not amazing, and the hardware is far inferior to the Four Seasons in China. The location is OK, it's close to Stanford, and there is also the Stanford Shopping Center nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.

The hotel stay was super comfortable, especially the TV – it was amazing for watching movies. The restaurant and breakfast were just okay, but we'd still happily return to this hotel!

For a hotel in Palo Alto, it's pretty good; aside from the exorbitant price, there don't seem to be any major problems. This is always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Stanford. The location is excellent and safe, and the restaurant downstairs is incredibly popular; you basically can't get a dinner reservation without booking ahead.

good hotel on awesome place. Only thing that is really annoying to me is the receptionist lady I had when checking out on 08/23 around 9 am. She (a black lady) doesn’t really want to service me and with very bad attitude. I cannot believe this is the service I got in a 5 star Japanese style hotel. In comparison, all the other receptionists and valets are really nice, no complaints at all.

2 star hotel for 5 star experience! I stayed at other 2 star hotels in the area like glass slipper inn (similar price, but disgusting). The Palo Alto Inn had clean floors and clean, comfortable beds. Atmosphere felt clean. I gave them a 5 star for top quality at the lowest price.

In high-priced Palo Alto, the price was very reasonable, and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was very good. The continental breakfast was packaged pastries and coffee-machine coffee. Some fruit and fresh brewed coffee would make it much better. The staff was very friendly.

Very small hotel but located in the prime location of downtown Palo Alto. Perfect for a short stay and if you don’t plan on staying in the room for a prolong amount of time.
