Wonderful, warm and friendly staff. Rooms are more than adequate but not trendy. Comfortable and a crew that keeps the rooms clean and tidy. Family owned and managed with a good dose of kindness and caring. Conveniently located to restaurants and within walking distance to California Avenues and other destnations. Parking near rooms. A real value in a pricey neighborhood.

Exceptional customer service! Staff went above and beyond to make me, my 2 year old and 9 month old comfortable while my daughter was admitted into Standford Children's Hospital. Very cozy little Inn with beautifully painted outdoor murals and small detailed paintings throughout the interior of room. Small fridge, table and chairs, TV, WIFI and easy access to stores, restaurants and other entertainment. Very kid friendly. Outdoor seasonal pool and great little breakfast nook in the front of office to eat. Continental breakfast and coffee included. I highly recommend this Inn to everyone I know.

Room was nice. Bed was very comfy. Cont. Breakfast was decent. Overall experience was good. Staff was very polite.

Comfortable king size bed. Good sized room. Only a few minor issues. The carpet was dirty and could use a deep clean and the toliet was to low to the ground. I'm disabled and it was hard to get up from it. It also needed a pull bar on the wall next to it.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! Especially so because of the manager on duty while there. He gave GREAT customer service - went out of his way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The rooms are a little dated, but very comfortable. The pool area is just beautiful, with all the flowers growing around the fence that gives some privacy and looks stunning. Breakfast was typical continental, but they had a wide variety of danishes, teas, coffees and juices. Very worth the $$ here! Will definitely stay here again!

Parking was safe and easy. Rooms updated and clean with big mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom stocked with choices for various amenities. TV instructions very clear! Restaurant nearby for dinner. Breakfast was take out items back to room to enjoy with in room coffee.

In high-priced Palo Alto, the price was very reasonable, and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was very good. The continental breakfast was packaged pastries and coffee-machine coffee. Some fruit and fresh brewed coffee would make it much better. The staff was very friendly.

All staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The location was the most important thing to me to be close to the hospital. That and I needed the price to be under $200. I will return the next time.
