When I booked this place and read some of the reviews, I felt a little worried at first. But I told myself it was just one night, so it would be fine.
However, when I opened the door and saw the room we had reserved, I was pleasantly surprised. For this price, the room looked much better than expected. It was very clean, nicely arranged, and well organized. The space is compact but very comfortable and thoughtfully designed.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this room. For my husband and me, it definitely deserves 5 stars.

The hotel is close to a lots of store which is nice, the room was clean. The guy at the front was great and accommodating, but we can use some better coffee.

I had to stay here because of a repair in my apartment. For me I needed a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker so that I cold work from the room. The room was clean and is basic, but it had everything I needed. The area is great and safe! If you work from there though, bring earplugs because you will hear the staff cleaning in the morning. Polite front desk as well.

The location is awesome! It’s a clean area and a quiet area. Next to Cinnabon and a Boba spot so that was a nice little treat for the night time. Parking is easy because it’s inside of the hotel. Front desk was quick and professional. There are four floors, and there are some sweets upstairs, but you put a small living room that separates from the front door to the bedroom. It definitely is an older spot and has not been upgraded. The carpet is maroon, There scuffs everywhere, the shower handle was broken, but still was usable. So the handle could spin fully 360 you just had to hold it sternly to get colder hot water. It was definitely clean, but if you’re looking for an upgraded spot with modern furniture and a lot of light, this place wouldn’t be exactly that. But if you’re looking for a safe space that is clean and the bed is comfortable and The service is good, this is definitely a place to stop by. We literally had 10 hours of checking in, eating a bit inside the room and then going to sleep and then at 6 AM we were out of the hotel. I would highly suggest to get a suite if you’re able to because there’s a lot of activity even on the fourth floor at the end where people are standing at our door, in the hallway, going back-and-forth there’s a lot of activity so it was loud, but thankfully, the living room separated our bedroom so it wasn’t very much a distraction. there were six fellows, a hair dryer, a fridge, a microwave, two TVs in the suite, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and soap!

An easy stay in a great location! It’s definitely not a 5-star spot but very cozy and welcoming for the price! About a 20min walk from the Metro and lots of chain and local food spots around. Front desk attendants were kind and helpful, and I had a very peaceful stay. I will say that the elevator wasn’t working (it said it will be down from sometime in September 25’ to December 25’), but that wasn’t an issue for me personally just something to consider! I chose this spot for its proximity to the Rose Bowl (I saw Chappell Roan!!) and it was truly a great spot. Incredibly kind and thoughtful staff and an okay place to sleep! If you just need a bed at night, this is a good spot to stay :))
