I was able to check in even in the middle of the night. I liked that the entrance had an auto-lock.
The room was clean and spacious.
The water pressure in the shower was weak from the evening until late at night, and it was cold. It took twice as long as usual.
Still, the accessibility was excellent.
I was surprised to see a drug deal happening in front of the nearest subway station.

It said there was a luggage storage, but they didn't. It said there was no hair dryer, but there was one. They spoke Spanish and English, and check-in and check-out were done via video call.

The location is convenient, just three minutes from the metro, but the hygiene is poor; the towels and sheets were stained. The room is small, without a desk, making it difficult to unpack.

Facilities: The hotel has all the basics you need, meeting most needs. The best part is the coffee machine with a wide selection, saving at least 50-60 yuan a day on coffee. The only drawback is that most US hotels don't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own.
Cleanliness: Cleaned daily and quite clean.
Environment: French minimalist style.
Service: Semi-self-service, with no face-to-face interaction with staff other than the cleaning staff.
Value for money: Located directly across from the W Hotel, the hotel offers a great location and a good value. US hotels can be expensive, but this one is a good choice for under 1,000 yuan.

Although it said there was luggage storage, I wasn't able to store my luggage there, so I had to go back to my previous hotel.
Checking in using the machine was difficult. The deposit was inflexible.
Other than that, it was very good. I was satisfied with both the location and the room.

Right in front of w hotel, is not the main station of Hollywood but is walkable distance. If you like clubbing there is one academy club nearby walking.

Do not order delivery from this place. It took 3hrs to deliver my food and I live a mile away. Portion was super small and the food arrived cold. Waste of money.

I ordered through GrubHub, and after 1.5 hours of waiting I called. The lady told me they were very busy, but that my order was on its way. When I called GrubHub I was told that my order was still at the restaurant. After 42 min. After the delivery time. my order was cancelled.

There's a couple decent people there but as a whole the service and treatment and quality is completely a nightmare. I've seen more than one person assaulted in there and they didn't even bother calling the cops

Place doesn't have the decency to offer a bathroom to their customers. The lady behind the counter just kept pointing to the sign that said it complies with California law. If they wanted to be somewhat courteous they could just allow their customers to use the same bathroom their employees do. Common sense isn't common anymore

Food was good, and staff was friendly. I bought food for me and my family and the manager Carmen has a rule of "no public bathrooms" I spent $30 and was denied use of the facilities. Unacceptable

We are all familiar with the Subway Sandwich chain so I am not going to go into any details about what they offer (they all have the same menu items). I just want to mention two things that apply to this location.The first is that this location is in a slightly smaller space than most Subways are. This makes for less space for tables and chairs and during peak hours like lunch time, you might have to wait for a table and chairs to open up if it is your intention to eat your meal there and not get it to-go. The other thing I want to mention is that this location is open 24/7. There are only a couple of locations that are open 24/7 in this general area of Hollywood so knowing where they are is very helpful very late at night.
