I cancelled the stay last week and apparently it didn’t cancel it I didn’t go stay that’s why I cancelled it

My experience was not bad but here somethings or suggestions might make the room more cozy.

The water temperature could be a little hotter in the shower, little body wash bottles / only saw shampoo and conditioner bottles mainly.

If you're looking for the lap of luxury you're in the wrong department. This is an inexpensive motel and nothing more. Yes, there were a few bugs in the room. Yes, the "soap" shelf in the bathroom had fallen off and not been repaired/replaced. Yes, the toilet seat was not bolted properly. These are all the things I expect from a motel that is 1/2 the cost of everything else. This is what I expected, so there were no surprises. If you want a Hilton, stay at a Hilton.

Bathroom was in very poor condition. Also walls are super thin so I can hear people talking late at night. Would not stay again.

Hotel had a lot of water damage, the room I stayed in wasn’t very clean and had a lot of damage. Water barely got warm. Front desk worker was not at front desk when I got there to check in. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, called twice in that time. Took another guest coming in and calling for the guy to come out.

It was easy to find because it was close to the highway, and it was convenient for traveling to other areas. After checking in, I spent a night without any major inconveniences. It was a convenient hotel with an easy check-out.

Walked into room and the roaches where every where likely I just need a shower then I’m out of here going to try to get a refund if they are in this room then they are everywhere no point moving rooms
