Hilton Garden Inn Lakeland in Lakeland

Our room at Lakelands Hilton Garden Inn was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their pet policy is why we won’t stay there again. Dogs barking and running up the hall is not the hotel experience we choose.

A sufficient hotel. Stayed here as it was close to my office and had a restaurant on site. The staff were pleasant and the property is ok. They are probably in need of some upgrades. The bathroom had a little mold and some of the light fixtures were not secured very well to the wall in the room. The bartender the first night was great, very personable and knew how to serve a customer, the second night the lady working just seemed to flounder even though there were only about 8 people there. The food was mediocre but filled its purpose. However, if you are looking for a quite place, this is not it. The walls are so thin. You can hear showers running, people talking, doors slamming. Thankful for noise cancelling headphones. If you are sensitive to sounds, you will struggle. I probably will opt for the other hotel I stayed at last time despite the additional distance. Always try to stay in the Hilton family but this one is not top on my list.

I have spent a lot of time in many different Hiltons for business. Lakeland employees were very hospitable , accommodating and always pleasant. Unfortunately the room did have a mildew scent to it along with stained carpets. Finding old crackers under the bed was not appealing. The worst was the mold around the bathroom vents pics are attached.
