Has a great view of Lakeland Airport. A great place to stop during the Sun n Fun Fly-In event in the springtime.

I was very impressed with the friendly and personalized service of the hotel. They made a trying time for us during the hurricane into a much bearable time. They made accommodations for all guests and made food available during the critical times when we could not go outside. They are pet friendly and that was critical for the stay to be a success. In the name of my family, pets included we will like to endorse the hotel for their professionalism and hospitality. The room was updated and the size was fairly big.

One of the better hotels for business travel. The staff was incredible! It's SUPER clean! I was so pleasantly surprised at the level of pride the staff takes in doing their jobs and providing service. I would drive out of the way to stay at this place. In this day and age people are different. It was so nice to deal with these folks. They really care about creating a positive experience during your stay. Plus, the on site restaurant has really good food. It's so worth the money!

We attended a dealer conference at this location this past week. Upon arrival to our room, it smelled horrendous. Smelled just like cat urine. Front desk gave us some spray to help. It did not. We went and purchased some pet odor eliminator. Worked fine until the A/C came on. The problem was the filter in the ac unit. It was horrible. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned replaced for a yeae. Front desk said that maintenance would need to replace/clean it. They supplied more spray, but the problem never got resolved. Unfortunately the hotel was booked out due to the conference, so no way to get us in another room. Not a pleasant experience. Wish maintenance would've showed up to fix the issue, but in the 3 nights we were there they were not apparently.

Visited here, but didn't stay at the hotel. From the downstairs lobby, everything looks very nice. There's guest services, a small storefront, an open area with plenty of tables and seating for eating. To the left are restrooms and a nice small sports bar that finishes off this part of the wing. Sorry, I docked a star because the bartender didn't know the mixed drink I ordered and said they didn't have it...I ordered a beer to be polite.

Kenyatta Gray-Robinson and her entire team were exceptional! We evacuated from Punta Gorda, Fl, from hurricane Ian and stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. Kenyatta's team helped us get comfortable after a long tiring ride. The bartender and chef worked their tails off into the night to feed us all, then were there the very next morning (they never left!). I found out the entire team had stayed overnight to take care of us while they had no idea about their own homes. I felt as if I was a special guest, when they needed comforting as well. Exceptional service!

The Pool needs a little work. For instance, The blocks around the Trees in the pool area need to be pressure washed, The towels provided by the hotel need to be dry and the chain to operate the shower in the pool area is broken off and needs to be fixed. Everything else at the hotel was great. Thanks
