Great stay! Nice and clean resort. We stayed at the 10th floor, very quiet. The only thing is just the master bed is not very comfortable. It sinks in and the whole mattress was wrapped in some kind of plastic material and it made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

We love coming here! Every year, the rooms are great and the location to the beach is perfect and beautiful. However, beware of the guest services and the sales group. They will not hold to their promises of the time it will take in the meeting and will be extremely rude. Not a great experience at all in that department.

First time we've used our timeshare for an exchange week. Unit was nice, spacious, and more than adequate. Beds were comfortable and pillows nice. I only docked a star because the coffee pot was only drip coffee and no option for k-cup, and neither TV was not smart tv so at night when we actually wanted to watch TV we couldn't cast or stream things we wanted. Came here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Check-in nice and smooth. Was surprised when there was a knock at the door. Theeee stood a man that said happy 25th anniversary, then handed me a bag, balloon, and a gift. In the bag was a bottle of wine . Awesome 😎,

Mixed Experience Our trip had some good moments but was mostly a letdown. The first room we were given had a moldy ceiling, sand on the dining bench, and even roaches. Thankfully, the manager stepped in quickly, moved us to a better room, and gave us two $25 gift cards. Sales desk was absolutely horrible and apparently so not know what no means. The check in desk was nice, quick and helpful. The rooms need to be updated, our feeling had a huge but repaired crack in it. It was pretty loud, we did have some very noisy neighbors at one point that slammed doors and were yelling at crazy hours. The beach is a quick walk across the road, which is nice. We had an amazing time staying at the resort celebrating my birthday! The location was incredible and was perfect for getting to the beach, with great ocean-front restaurants within a miles walk down the beach in both directions. The condo was clean and ready for us, and we loved reading on the balcony!

This was one of the cleanest condos in Florida that we have ever stayed at. The room was immaculately clean! We stayed in Club Wyndham room 7155. Wonderful view, comfy beds, NO noise from outside the room. Could not ask for more. I'm not sure if all rooms are like this at this resort but ours was wonderful. Elevator was not slow, but fast. Parking was adequate as well.

My husband and I had thee most epic time here at the Majestic Sun and Condos. We totally recommend this air bnb if you ever have the chance to make it out here. It was a two bedroom, 2 full bath, nice sized kitchen with dishes included. It includes a washer/dryer, and a little dining area and nice living room space. Every stay has been great. Clean, close to the beach. Park your car after unloading and walk everywhere the entire stay. Try for a beach side patio. It’s the best. Parking provided in a parking garage out of the weather. Pool and hot tub on site with spray hoses to get sand off when coming back from the beach

Beachfront view with a great balcony which was very roomy. Great living space with nice furniture and the kitchen was really convenient. Great instructions on how to maintain the Condo.

We stayed in the Penthouse #1601. The views were absolutely amazing. We had access to the private beach were you can reserve beach chairs for a day or a week. We did premium so we were in the front row right on the water. The penthouse was spacious and the outdoor patio was huge. Highly recommend

Amazing experience. The Pelican resort staff is great. What a great experience overall. There were plenty of parking spaces available in May when we visited. Weather was great. Our apartment at the Terrace was absolutely worth it. Tip: rent it early and late in the season - April, May, Late August, September.

10/15/2020 - 10/18/2020 The photos listed is exactly what you walk into. We arrived at the location after 5pm (7 hour drive) went to Pelican to check-in as advertised. Signed one paper (front & back) which was the rules of the property, received 2 armbands that you must wear while on the property (if you loose it the replacement is $25 a piece, if you cut it off before bed bring it back to the front...

I truly enjoyed my stay at this resort. I was on the second floor of the terrace and had such a beautiful view of the pound near by with the beach view in the back ground of it. Totally worth the money. The wrist band gets a tad annoying to wear but you can replace it free if you bring back the old one. Do not lose it or they will charge $25 for it to be replaced. This was my first time visiting this resort (though not my first time in Destin). During my April stay, only one elevator was working, which was definitely an inconvenience at times. That said, the grounds were beautiful and clean, and I had a nice view of the pool. My Airbnb itself was gorgeous, with a partial ocean view and a perfect location right in the heart of Destin — close to shops, beaches...

resort fairly close from airport. On the main strip with several beaches, attractions and restaurants. As well as Walmart, Target and Publics incase you have forgotten anything and or wish to stock up on food . Incheck in fairly easily with gargage attached. Stayed in 2 bedroom' 2 bath, kitchen and dinnibg room. The unit also had washer n dryer.

Stayed in a junior suite with a gulf view. The pool was amazing and the walk to the beach was easy but they have a shuttle that takes you over there. Lance the driver was awesome. stay there for seven days family of six ages 10 to 18. They love the pool lots of places in walking distance if you don’t want to rent a car.

Very pleased with unit 11117. Very clean. Size was perfect for 7 people. Had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Food at the resort was wonderful. Fun evening at karaoke Saturday and Sunday. We drive to the public beach and Henderson beach which was simple. Highly recommend palms of Destin

Fun and relaxed Great place for a family, things just need updating. We had a relaxing time with our kids, it was affordable, and nice pool area for them.

Great resort. Everything you need. Even when cold out there's a heated pool. Had a great Thanksgiving meal. Just perfect. We'll managed. Beautiful grounds. Granbabies had so much fun. H8ghly recommend!
