The reception greeting could definitely improve, and the hotel needs an upgrade- The employees at the Starbucks coffee shop are amazing.

Front Desk staff excellent. The Air conditioner in the room was very loud. The shower wets the entire bathroom floor.

Enjoy staying at this location. Have stayed several times and the staff is friendly and outgoing.

The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors.

The room is clean and spacious. There are water birds in the river behind. Breakfast is filling.

we had an excellent stay at Marina Del Mar Resort. The staff was very friendly at check in got us our room immediately. Our room was updated and had all the essentials and full kitchen. We prepared meals because there was everything in the kitchen, pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, and Barbeque Grills downstairs also. Be sure to book a sea view room. The price is not much different, but it is worth it. The room is much bigger. The breakfast is simple and you can eat enough. The swimming pool is beautiful and you can go to the hot tub in the hotel next door.

Started overnight during our road trip on a whim. Great location right on the canal. Check in staff was fabulous. Room was spacious, albeit a bit outdated. Only issue was the ceiling fan squeaking all night which would be a quick fix with some grease. Brought our dog and we enjoyed the green space for her. Would stay here again for our next diving trip.

Some maintenance is needed but the room was clean and the location was great. View of the canal, a 2 minute walk to the African Queen and glass bottom boat ride. Staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good - breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereals, fruitcups, yogurts and muffins.

Had a great stay here. It was quiet when we were here, not much going onz. That had some renovation going on…it was nice to see them keeping up with things. Rooms are right on the water

This is a fun place. Friendly staff. Lots to do. Great bar, restaurant, location. Waterfront Dining. I really like the vibe here. It's an old school resort and hotel, but clean. I love it. We'll be back.

That was our third monthly weekend in a row. We do love almost everything at this poinn, but there are few things that could have be better 1. Breakfast- with nightly rate over $300 at least some hot food like eggs, sausage, pancakes ect ect would be nice. 2 . Cabanas are the best. Food good. Mattress was horrible. Whole in wall and pile of hair in the bathroom were not a good thing to see. However, back to the beginning- Cabanas covered for minuses.

Absolutely Beautiful location, a little gem, accommodation lovely and clean. Huge bed and really comfortable. Above and beyond our expectations. We were in the Pelican accommodation over looking the sea. Just beautiful, Mrs Mac’s next door had great food. CVS & Walgreens over the road and several other places to eat. We will be back.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Right on the sandy beach. Loungers along water to relax and swim. We will definitely book here again when we return to Florida.

Nice little area, enjoyed the private beach. Receptionist Raysa was wonderful! The cottage was great except the beds were uncomfortable (hard) and the red light that shone in son’s face through the door window all night. Should really cover that window or turn those particular outside lights off after 10pm!

Great escape to the key, while being not too far from miami. Very much a key's vibe, lovely, chill, great beach, great service, will happily return.

Great, very florida keys hotel. Staff is nice and attentive, location is great. Love to stop there to escape reality for a bit.

Everything was especially clean and the breakfast was incredible

The amenities excellent and staffs were super accommodating during our stay. Although we stayed for one day, got in very late we were still able to enjoy the vicinity, beach area, and kayaking the next day before check out. The vibes were everything and we’d want to come back here again for sure.

This is a great place to stay! The beach front area is beautiful and relaxing and the view is spectacular. The breakfast is also delicious.

Our first visit to the Keys and chose to make a reservation here based on the reviews and we couldn't be more pleased! They upgraded our room to a pool side room at no extra charge, the customer service is excellent and resort was quintessential Florida! Absolutely beautiful, we would definitely stay here again!

Our 2nd time to visit and stay. We took our 2 adult sons and all had a relaxing time. They enjoyed the kayaking and snorkeling. Staff is super nice and very welcoming.

A lovely little boutique resort; this is an older property that has been restored. We stayed in the Sandpiper room, which was very cute, but on the small side. Stayed a few days for a friend's wedding and loved it. The place is small but has several amenities, great service, and a beautiful location. The rooms were a bit overpriced for our taste but it's hard to say anything else bad about the place!
