My family had a lovely time at this resort. It has been renovated beautifully since I was last there. We enjoyed the unit, relaxed & lots of family time for Thanksgiving weekend. The staff was friendly. We hope to come back back and enjoy the pool & other amenities in the summer.

The room was extremely nice. It was a split room. One side had one room with two beds. Bathroom had a jetted tub with a smaller kitchen. The master bedroom had a king size bed with a soaking tub. It was a condo unit that we stayed in. The unit itself was decently clean but the hallway and building looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

This property is where we always choose to stay mainly because of the water park and it was amazing. The water was warm the towels were fresh, the music was enjoyable and the bar was open. The pool staff was very polite and friendly. The Villa was impeccable as alwayswe will always stay at the reunion. It was also a close drive to all of our destinations! Especially Disney.

The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was so spacious and beautiful. My family loved the waterpark & close pool/hot tub in our backyard.

3rd stay here, only complaint is that it runs out of hot water quickly, make sure you all take quick showers and do your laundry and dishes in the morning

Room was big but not very clean. Sheets had brown stains and a cockroach was found scurrying near the kitchen.

It was a nice resort, besides two things. First the floor was not clean in the room at all. It felt like you were walking on dirt. 2nd I saw a roach in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub was nice

Perfect location for Disney, just a 15-20 minute drive away. The hotel staff is very friendly. Super friendly. There is private parking for guests. The shopping area is right next door, but you'll have to drive there as there are no pedestrian areas.

Staff was nice. Pool closes too early, 6pm. Water pressure in the shower in the room's shower was horrible, barely trickles. The water handle in the shower was also broken. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. TV was very tiny. Considering the price it was nice, has character. Biggest complaint would be the showers lack of pressure and the broken handle

Typical (i.e., very good) Hampton Inn stay. Comfortable bed and room, clean, great breakfast. I gave breakfast a 4/5 because this one seemed to have a limited offering, but I still enjoyed my waffles.

Our room was very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in early for a fee. The location is close enough to Disney but also to other things as well. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. The carpet was a little outdated, but wasn't bothersome to me. I will definitely stay here again!!

Everything in the hotel is really nice. The only problem I had is in some of the rooms the beds are really low to the ground and I'm very tall. They really need new beds, soft squishy ones.
